Pros:

Nice and good size room. Room was clean . Like the dree breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

One elevator was out of service. Elevator were slow. There was a power outage for like 3 hours. Room was very pricey.

Pros:

A good coffee and eggs for breakfast is a must for me, and it was very good in the hotel. They also had a happy hour every day with complimentary drinks and free popcorn, which was awesome.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the Wi-Fi speed in my room. I was traveling for work purposes, and the Wi-Fi was a joke. I had to work from the lobby, which isn't ideal. If you need a place with good Wi-Fi in rooms, look elsewhere. Other than that, I had a great experience.

Pros:

The staff is awesome! From bartender to the front counter and everyone one else we saw was so helpful and kind ,the service was great.ive been here in different years and hasn't changed keep up the good work.

Cons:

Although the property is conveniently located near I 10 in San Antonio. The night time traffic was horrible!
Car noise from thr highway all night long,no sound barrier or upgraded windows to block the noise.

Overall a good experience and we've booked to stay there again.
Pros:

The happy hour is a bonus and very nice. The fact that we could have our grandson stay with us at no extra cost was very good. The gym is good and the indoor pool and spa fantastic. As we made a booking to return, before we left, we were given a favourable rate.

Cons:

The breakfast was average with little change from day to day. Also, only a few options relating to healthy non sugar/starch food.
