Cons:

Locking the patio that is inside the hotel. I get up early and at 4am having to smoke in the parking lot I was approached by a black male 3rd my size and followed. It all could have been avoided had the patio the accessibility is only to guest not been locked.

Good overall. Crowd at the b'fast bar (youth convention)...probably 60 people while we were.
Pros:

Check-in was very good, as were reservations and room.

Cons:

When we came in the back door, two doors from our room, carpet smelled nasty. Learned later it was being (deep) cleaned. Then it was fine. Not a very nice first impression.

Great place to stay with friendly staff and clean facilities (including actual room).
Pros:

We have stayed here before and I can see the cleanliness of the property has improved greatly. I do like the added security of the parking lot too.

Cons:

The guest laundry it still is hard to use with the amount of guests that stay there. Noise level of the guests can be disruptive due to the lack of sound proofing.
