Pros:

Love the area and staff. Dwight in particular was fantastic. Genuinely kind and helpful. Everytime he came to assist he was pleasant and offered to do things without asking. He's a keeper!

We love this hotel...except for the newly implemented paying for parking.

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Lovely stay for a wedding weekend. Friendly staff, clean hotel, nice breakfast. Made the weekend even nicer.

overall a good enough choice
Pros:

Fair price for average hotel. Shower floor ultra slippery. Not a fan of frosted glass door to bathroom. Sink took forever to drain. Bed was fine, but not super comfy. Coffee maker and safe, but no robes in room. Marriott a 5 min walk away. Big mall extends from there. Room was very clean and front-desk staff, especially Maureen, was terrific. Free parking is a perk. Also, little bags of lavender to put under pillows for a sweet night was charming.

Great hotel in Charlotte!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was great! One of the best AC's I have stayed at. Make sure to visit the rooftop lounge.

Cons:

Parking was outrageously priced. Typical for the Marriott company.

Enjoyable and relaxing. 10/10
Pros:

We enjoyed the cleanliness, parking area , shopping and restaurants in close distance. Roof top bar lovely. We enjoyed our bartender Sam and the cook . I forgot her name. It was very quiet and relaxing. Can't wait to visit again soon. 10/10

Nikki : an exceptional staff member
Pros:

My trip was hectic with a full schedule but interacting with Nikki made my day brighter. She took the time to smile and greet me and expressed genuine compassion about my work day. I wish more people were like her, sharing the spirit of humanity.

Eva was kind, patient, and thoughtful...
Pros:

Eva was incredible the moment I spoke with her on the phone to update the room booking, before ever arriving. She was kind, patient, and thoughtful. And once on-site she again helped me update my reservation when I need to make a last minute change.

This is a clean, beautiful hotel, filled with kind people... and walking distance to a wonderful shopping mall. Highly recommend!
