Pros:

View was phenomenal. I requested a city view for my son’s bday trip to NYC and they DELIVERED. Absolutely stunning.

Cons:

They didn’t provide enough towels/wash cloths. They make you list number and ages of people staying (four - two teens and two adults) but then only gave us two towels & two washcloths. It’s easy enough to ask for more, so it’s just a minor inconvenience.

The included breakfast was great, they offer buffet or al a carte, but they handed us a bill for $170 for breakfast. Which was very confusing. On the bill, you write the room number down & it’s handled, but at 7am, it’s a little bit of a shell shock to be handed a bill for what’s supposed to be included in the cost of your room. Again, minor inconvenience but maybe a place for improvement.

Pros:

天気が良く、自由の女神が見えました。
きれいなホテルでとてもよかったです。
PATHに近く、マンハッタンへの移動もしやすい点も観光に最適です。

Cons:

残念ながら、部屋のクリーニングが1000－1700までされておらず、フォローアップを余儀なくされました。

Pros:

Wir hatten zwei Nächte auf der Durchreise. Lage gut vom Flughafen Newark zu erreichen. perfekter Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan und verkehrsgünstig um new York zu erkunden. Personal extrem freundlich. .

Cons:

Mitarbeiter waren freundlich aber hatten wenig Wissen bei typischen Fragen (Taxibestellung, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel etc)

La chambre et la vue était parfaite. Ma demande d'avoir une chambre a un étage supérieur a été respecté.

Cons:

Ils ont retiré la piscine pour en faire une salle de conférence. Lors de ma réservation, la piscine etait toujours disponible mais je n'ai pas eu de notification du changement et le prix n'a pas diminué. Nous avons eu 2 dejeuners gratuit a l'hotel en compensation. Je devais facturer les dejeuner à la chambre et ils seraient déduits de ma facture. Lors du deuxième dejeuner, le serveur s'est attribué un généreux pourboire sans me demander mon avis alors que nous avions pris le buffet, donc nous avons seulement reçu de l'eau et du café de la part du serveur, nous nous sommes occupés du reste.

Tesise düğün varsa gitmeyin tüm önceliği düğüne gelenlere veriyorlar. Düğüne gelenler kahvaltıya gelecek diye düzgün masalara oturamıyorsunuz kahvaltı için karşılayan hanım oldukça katı idi. Biz daracık yerde kahvaltımızı yaptık döndük hala kimse gelmemişti. Sorun düğün varsa gitmeyin.

Staff members had a positive attitude and we're welcoming. Location was great, especially for the view.

Cons:

Pool advertised but not available via Google.

Asked for towel/bathroom replenishment on Friday got it on Saturday night.

Carpet and other decor had an odor. Air conditioning could be more modern.

For the price we paid I expected more. I paid less at other Hyatts and it was a far better experience.

Also no regency program amenities at this location.
