Letto molto comodo, biancheria pulita, posizione meravigliosa. Personale gentile

Cons:

la temperatura in camera è proibitiva se non si è pinguini, si riesce a regolare di un paio di gradi ma non di più. Vasca da bagno obsoleta, non si può vedere.
Prima colazione a 31 euro sconsigliata per la qualità del cibo.

Gute Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, schöne Außenterrasse mit Bar/Restaurant. Powerbanks können in der Lobby ausgeliehen werden, das ist ein prima Service!

I will not stay here or recommend it
Pros:

Staff are nice and helpful, when we complained they apologized nicely though they did nothing but still polite and nice. Also they provided information when we needed.

Cons:

Location on the port but it is bad location, you just don’t feel safe. Full of homeless, immigrants, and drugged people. You really don’t want to walk around after 8 at all! The air conditioning is not working properly, it was so hot and when we complained they sent us a fan saying that is their AC within regulations.
The cleaning lady went inside the room and took the key out of the key holder which turned all the lights plus AC off so when we came back to the hotel to relax, it was crazy hot and took few hours just to be able to sit in the room, honestly we couldn’t sleep at all. They did that also in the kids room, which was so uncomfortable. Also barely there are lights even in the lobby it was dark. Didn’t expect that in 4 stars hotels ( turning off the AC when guests out when it is 94 degrees outside and when they back they have to wait few hours just to be able to breath in the room).
