Pros:

Hôtel bien placé et moderne. Malheureusement le personnel petit déjeuner n’est pas accueillant et non professionnel

Cons:

Réclamations à la réception pour le manque du professionnalisme du personnel petit dej qui m’a fait déplacer de ma table après avoir être installé et aucune réaction positive de la part de la direction et la réception

Schöne Lage, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhaeltnis stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage im alten Hafen, es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zur Innenstadt, hervorragendes Frühstück.

Cons:

Sehr enge Tiefgarage, Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber. Für den geforderten Preis nicht angemessen.

Had a wonderful few days at the hotel will highly recommend it
Pros:

Location is excellent. Rooms are a great size, views are amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some English TV channels which are a bonus.
