Вокруг отеля страшно ходить по улицам, особенно вечером. Отель напоминаем плохую 3ку в Турции. В номерах очень старая мебель, никаких удобств. Длинные коридора отеля с плохо пахнущим ковролином удручают. Завтрак ужасен, чая не дождешься. Еда самая простая, холодная

Улучшать надо все. Цена не соответствует качеству. Никогда никому не посоветую этот отель

che dire, meraviglioso. Pulizia, cortesia, accoglienza, disponibilità, posizione come su un'isola nel mare. Incantevole. Costa un pochino di più della media ma li vale tutti. A due minuti a piedi dall'acquario e dal porto antico rimodernato. A due minuti a piedi pure dall'ingresso al bellissimo e suggestivo centro storico cittadino. Raggiungibile in maniera estremamente semplice, a piedi, dalla fermata di Genova Principe, dove fa altresì scalo l'autobus proveniente dall'aeroporto cristoforo colombo. Dal terrazzo era molto bello, la sera, prendere un the in santa pace mentre si osservano le barche a vela rientrare dalla giornata in mare e ormeggiare a pochi metri più sotto

Stay in an ancient marina and walk to old city
Pros:

The location is great, you live on a pier which is 2500 yo. Historic, you feel the ancient harbour, and can walk to old city in 5 mins. It is comfortable, great marina style restaurant. The pirate vessel is just infront of the hotel and can walk to aquarium and Renzo Piano s new port facilty. The staff is very proffesional. Rooms with balcony on the marina. Comfortable parking.

Cons:

Just the breakfast is poor, the variety and the selection is fine, but not tasty at all.

living in the marina and next to old city at the same time, excellent
Pros:

excellent location, if you want to feel the historic marina experience, next to famous pirate vessel and nest to new design of Renzo Piano Pier, you can walk to the historic old town in 5 minutes and come back. teh hotel is very well decorated, clean, and the feeling to be in a marina, instead of city-street hotels. excellent choice for Genoa.
