När det är som bäst!
Pros:

Allt var tipp topp, från personal, utsökt frukost till parkering i huset! Utsikten över marinan var underbar!!! Nära till allt. Nästa gång i Genova kommer jag boka på nytt.

Room was clean, spacious and comfy

Cons:

The bar service was poor, we sat on the terrace for 15 minutes and no member of staff appeared.
We went in hunt of a menu, we were given one by a member of staff so they knew we were there.
After another 15 minutes wait we gave up

Pros:

Bel hôtel bien situé, très fonctionnel, spacieux, calme, chambre bien équipée, personnel agréable
Dîner très bon dans un cadre bateau agréable!

Cons:

Petit déjeuner vraiment trop cher!!!
Dommage que le personnel ne parle pas un petit peu de français à Gênes, si près de la France!
Places de parking trop étroites et un peu justes en hauteur!

Pros:

Nous avons aimé tous les aspects de cet hotel. De son emplacement sur une avancée dans le vieux port, en passant par le personnel charnant, bienveillant, courtois, toujours à l'écoute (que ce soit celui de l'accueil, du restaurant du petit déjeuner, ou du ménage), en passant par le confort de la chambre avec vue sur les bateaux de plaisance, ou encore par l'aménagement des zones communes (terrasses, salles intérieures, salle du petit-déjeuner), et pour finir par le petit-déjeuner lui-même qui a été l'un des plus divers, copieux, et rafiné que j'ai eu, parole de globe-trotter!

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé que le parking de l'hotel était très cher.

l'odore della moquette dei corridoi e un un po di mancata manutenzione nel bagno , si iniziano a vedere i segni degli anni che passano.

Terrible
Pros:

The only positive aspect of my stay was the friendly and welcoming receptionist.

Cons:

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

The hotel is the complete opposite of what its price suggests. Whenever the air conditioner was running, the room became extremely damp, and even the bathroom was full of humidity. One of the towels had a noticeable yellow stain, which was unacceptable.

Honestly, the hotel should be called "Humidity Hotel." I chose this property based on the photos on Booking.com, but the reality was completely different.

The only positive thing was that it rained during my stay, which helped the air conditioners cool the building a little. Otherwise, the humidity was unbearable.

To make matters worse, the air conditioner inside the room was incredibly noisy. It sounded like an airplane preparing for takeoff. I had to turn it off at night just to be able to sleep.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and certainly not what I expected based on the hotel's price or its online photos.
