Overall good and positive.
Pros:

The check in process, also the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We had dinner and although we enjoyed the food, the service was very poor, we had to ask for attention throughout the evening despite it not being busy. It was disappointing.

Die Lage und Ausstattung direkt am Wasser sind traumhaft!
Pros:

Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich schön, direkter Blick auf den Segelhafen und das Wasser, ein kleiner hübscher Balkon und ein sehr gut eingerichtetes Zimmer. Parkplatz direkt unter dem Hotel mit dem Fahrstuhl sehr gut zu erreichen

Bella struttura in stile moderno e in ottima posizione. Bella vista sul porto e molto centrale.

Cons:

Non è così evidente raggiungere il posteggio dell' albergo, specialmente nei giorni festivi vista la vicinanza dell' acquario.

Close to city center hotel, with great amenities and breakfast
Pros:

The location was perfect for city center exploring. Room was excellent, spacious, two small balconies. Our dog loved it. Breakfast was totally awesome. Fresh Italian fruits, real orange jouice, etc.

Cons:

Parking in underground garage can be tricky as it is very narrow, but doable.
