Pros:

Staff were great and went above and beyond to make up for the failings of housekeeping.

Location is good for the fort. Easy to get Uber/taxi anywhere

Pool and breakfast were great.

Very good value for money.

Cons:

The room was extremely dirty, used earbuds among other things on the floor. We could plained and they gave us late check out and free lunch to compensate.
