First class hotel and I would have no hesitation in staying there again.
Pros:

Room was very spacious and comfortable. As for the dinner there was an excellent menu and as for the breakfast, there was plenty of selection for all tastes.

Cons:

No reccomendations at this time.

Limerick is too expensive for staying look at Ennis or Shannon
Pros:

The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The room wasn’t available until 16:30 even though it was a 15:00 check in. We had no running water in our room until late at night due to an issue and we raised the issue with staff and was told to be patient and no form of reimbursement was offered only a later check out at 12pm instead of 11am, so would not recommend.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Staff were friendly and the location is good. My room was very comfortable.

Cons:

I forgot my phone charger and there wasn’t any option for me to borrow/buy one at the hotel (iPhone). My phone battery ran out during the night and I had to go out the following morning to find somewhere to buy a charger. I feel it would be an easy thing for the hotel to have a range of chargers available for guests.

Pros:

Restaurant and bar on site at different locations in the building

Cons:

The shower tub even for a 42 yo was very steep. I thought there was a musty wetness smell in the room but got over it quick. Had to wear a cap in the pool- they shouldn’t charge to buy one when in most places you don’t need one.

Disappointing stay especially for a four star hotel. Will not be recommending or returning.

Check in was at 3pm. After long wait was told room was not ready. Staff did not know when it would be ready. Shower was dirty. A chocolate sweet was on carpet in room. Breakfast was a disaster. Ordered the special which had half ingredients missing & cold. Bar staff did not know their job eg using wrong ingredients for drinks. These are only some examples of what went wrong.

Breakfast very poor compared to past stays. Superior room not worth the extra. In general has gone downhill from previous stays.
