Comfortable stay, staff were ALL so friendly and accommodating

Pros:

The staff as always are incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean

Nice staff lovely rooms would stay again

Looks run down outside but inside is surprisingly lovely does not reflect the outside. Bar was quaint really lovely

Cleanliness - Hairs on bathroom floor and in main living area.
Shower - hard to get more than a few seconds T the selected temperature. Has to go to the spa for a decent shower.
