Great hotel, great staff and great facilities
Pros:

Hotel was clean, staff were welcoming and friendly. Great facilities and the spa was great.

Very comfortable beds

Cons:

The staff were very unwelcoming and borderline rude, especially restaurant staff who very very much need urgent training as when you are a few hundred pounds a night ,you expect a little manners ,friendliness from staff restaurant staff including manger are an embarrassment to the hotel name, food absolutely disgusting.
I have travelled Ireland north and south and the food produced here is worse than school canteen dinners. I find it hard to believe that this is a qualified chef producing this slop,if so, I think a career change would be advisable
When I returned the food, the waitress thought it was appropriate to mimic me on what I told her was the problem with the food and I was polite when explaining, apologising when I didn't have too as I didn't cook it!!
Your restaurant is more like a service station hot food counter and I have had better from a service station . Retrain your staff and ensure your staff have basic knowledge of the English language as its certainly not the customers' job to learn their language.

Amazing hotel where you can also visit the small farm that is part of the property
Pros:

We went to Radisson Blu Limerick hotel as it had breakfast as well as spa, however, the real amazing surprise was the small farm where we could go and see some animals. We were very lucky to meet farm's manager Pat, who invited us to join in the tour to feed animals - our kids and we absolutely loved this! Can highly recommend this for anyone who loves animals and for sure for families with children.

Bit run down. Facilities not as impressive as photos implied. Worst part was the odour in my room which was reported twice and turned out to be a glass of urine and urine-soaked towel that was left on top shelf. Hotel offered a refund for one of the nights but still awaiting refund from Bookings.com

Entspannung mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Super Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Es gab Buffet und a la cart. Es gibt einen kleinen Spa Bereich mit Pool, Sauna und Hottub. Das Zimmer und Bett waren beide groß.

Cons:

Man braucht für den Pool im Spa eine Badekappe. Darauf wird man im Vorhinein nicht hingewiesen. Diese kann man am Empfang des Spa-Bereichs allerdings für 4€ erwerben. Die Zimmerausstattung ist schon recht alt. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, daher würde ich das Hotel bei heißeren Temperaturen nicht empfehlen. Die Fenster lassen sich auch nicht weit genug öffnen, um das Zimmer nachts runter zu kühlen. Im Hotel-Restaurant stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht.

Great hotel and staff who made it a lovely stay. Room was nicely presented and had all the usual things that you would expect in Radisson BLU. Good food in the Brasserie, including evening meal menu and a good selection of choices for breakfast.
Nice spa and swimming facilities if that's what you're looking for. Thank you!

Bad service no air condition in hotel

There was not air con in the hotel ,I complained to reception and i was told I had an email with this information which I never received before I arrived, also the bartender in the main bar is very unfriendly,he neve smile or said thank youbfor any transaction for both me and my partner and twice I got dirty glasses, it was definitely the worse experience inhad in any Raddison ive stayed in around the world ,it was a shume becauee Raddison hotels always have good service unfortunately not here
