Friendly staff, great location for what we needed very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Needed more coffee and tee to be available. Plus kettle in the room. We asked and got one. So all good.

The night time manager was top tier.
Pros:

The fire pits outside were nice. The most note worthy thing was the manager there. I wish I could remember his name. It was the little things he did that made the stay so exceptional, I will go back every time just for him.

I still waiting for a refund I contend you guys because booking.com charged me for the stayed and also I got charged at the hotel so I got doubled charged at my card and none of you guys took responsibility so I am going to dispute the charge to my credit card company

Not up to standards for
Pros:

Room was dirty there was hair in bathroom and my service dog kept finding old chips and pieces of bread from someone who previously stayed.

Cons:

If the room was cleaner. I have anxiety so I could not physically bring myself to complain due to the fear of having a panic disorder.

Pros:

Very big, spacious room in very modern and clean hotel. Good access to gym facilities and clean outdoor pool. A very comfortable stay!

Cons:

Nothing particular. The room was fairly expensive for what you get, but was at a similar level to all the other hotels around too.
