部屋が広い
洗濯機から大きい冷蔵庫小さいけどキッチン
小さいけど湯船のあるお風呂、別々なトイレ
駅、コンビニが近い、長期滞在するなら最高です

駐車場があまり無いくらいですかね

We arrived at a Saturday and the night was not quite outside. Talking people could be heard 1-3 am, as the hotel is just beside the road and a restaurant.

多摩駅付近で前泊する用事があるなら選んでも良いレベル
Pros:

駅近。コンビニ近。
食料の調達は秒で済ませられる点。

Cons:

踏切の真横、幼稚園の近く、狭い生活道路のため、常に騒音が鳴り響き振動もするため落ち着かない。
また、街灯も近いため、カーテンから光が漏れてくるので真っ暗にして寝たい人には不向き。
泊まるならホテルグランドールの方が静かで良い。

ウィークリーアパート
Pros:

ウィークリーアパートという感じです。バストイレ別だったし、喫煙可の部屋で心配でしたけど全く匂いはしませんでした！
アパートなので足元が冷えやすかったけど、エアコンも効くし、電気毛布持参して正解でした。
スタッフの方も感じが良くて助かりました。

Cons:

夕方、隣の部屋で掃除が入ったようで音が凄く響き、ずっと続くのかと不安になりましたが、数時間で終わりました。一言あれば全く不安もありませんので難しいかもしれませんが、一言お願いしたいです。音は響きますが、夜は皆さん静かに過ごして頂いたようでした。
