トイレとお風呂が別々
洗濯機や大きい冷蔵庫がある

We arrived at a Saturday and the night was not quite outside. Talking people could be heard 1-3 am, as the hotel is just beside the road and a restaurant.

多摩駅付近で前泊する用事があるなら選んでも良いレベル
Pros:

駅近。コンビニ近。
食料の調達は秒で済ませられる点。

Cons:

踏切の真横、幼稚園の近く、狭い生活道路のため、常に騒音が鳴り響き振動もするため落ち着かない。
また、街灯も近いため、カーテンから光が漏れてくるので真っ暗にして寝たい人には不向き。
泊まるならホテルグランドールの方が静かで良い。

ウィークリーアパート
Pros:

ウィークリーアパートという感じです。バストイレ別だったし、喫煙可の部屋で心配でしたけど全く匂いはしませんでした！
アパートなので足元が冷えやすかったけど、エアコンも効くし、電気毛布持参して正解でした。
スタッフの方も感じが良くて助かりました。

Cons:

夕方、隣の部屋で掃除が入ったようで音が凄く響き、ずっと続くのかと不安になりましたが、数時間で終わりました。一言あれば全く不安もありませんので難しいかもしれませんが、一言お願いしたいです。音は響きますが、夜は皆さん静かに過ごして頂いたようでした。

葬儀で上京、葬祭場の近くだったので満足
Pros:

バスとトイレが別で良かったし、コンビニがすぐ隣で朝食付きじゃ無くても大丈夫

Pros:

The rooms are, in fact, small one-room apartments with a washing machine and a tiny kitchenette. Comparatively roomy and clean.

Cons:

Way too expensive. The backwater location doesn't justify a price like that.
