Hotel confortavel com boa localizacao
Pros:

Quarto bom, com espaço ok. Banheiro muito bom, limpo e bom chuveiro. Cafe da manha com boas opces de frutas, frios, paes. Bem localizado, podemos ir a pé facilmente ao centro historico. Regiao movimentada, com mercado proximo. Para parar o carro, estacionamento na rua bem na frente do hotel.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage, aber sehr hellhörig - und Frühsück völlig überteuert
Pros:

Das Hotel ist hervorragend gelegen für die Erkundung von Genua, man ist zu Fuss sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind schön und modern eingerichtet und ausreichend gross.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Fenster zu einem schmalen und hohen Innenhof - es kam mir fast so vor, als ob ich gar kein Fenser hätte. Obwohl alles sehr sauber war, war der Tisch um das Waschbecken herum verschmiert. Kaffeezubehör war nicht aufgefüllt. Die Dusche war in in der Badewanne, und der Abfluss liess sich nicht öffnen, wodurch das Duschwasser nicht ablaufen konnte. Sehr schlechtes Wifi. Völlig überteuertes Frühstück - für die Hälfte des Preises hätte ich gesagt, es sei gut - aber für diesen hohen Preis erwarte ich dann warme Pfannkuchen, frisches Rührei und ähnliches.

Il nostro hotel preferito a Genova
Pros:

L'hotel è in ottima posizione per visitare il centro della città

Cons:

Avevamo chiesto che fosse aggiunto un letto per nostro figlio ma all'arrivo, a tarda sera, il letto non era pronto e, dopo lunghe ricerche delle lenzuola, lo abbiamo dovuto fare noi. Il personale dell'hotel disponibile è stato comunque gentile

Très beau séjour à Genova et les alentours mais plus jamais dans cet hôtel !
Cons:

La chambre que l'hôtel nous a attribué ne correspondant pas à celle que nous avions réservé. Chambre plus petite avec baignoire au lieu d'une douche et fenêtre au lieu d'un balcon. La salle de bain était sale, l'eau dans la cuvette des WC était jaune. Des dépôts de calcaires noirs étaient visibles Dans la baignoire les joints autour étaient jaunes. Le nettoyage dans la salle de bain n'était pas bien fait, il y a fait des traces de savon, de la saleté sur le robinet, de la poussière et des cheveux.
Nous avions informé le personnel, mais nous ne sommes pas arrivés à un accord de dédommagement comme nous le souhaitions. Même après avoir appeler les carabiniers.
Nous sommes très déçus de cet hôtel et nous n'y séjournerons plus jamais.
Ils m'ont promis de m'appeler pour un accord je n'ai jamais reçu de nouvelles d'eux.

I saponi erano andati a male sapevano di zolfo e c’era la muffa
e alcuni erano stati allungati con l’acqua .

Non era presente l’acqua complementary ma
L’acqua a pagamento ( che non ti aspetteresti in un hotel così )
