Nel cuore di Genova
Pros:

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico a piedi, ma non fidatevi di Google Map che vi propone dei percorsi assurdi, munitevi di cartina e tutto sarà più semplice. Colazione molto gradita, a richiesta caffè e cappuccino da bar, varietà di dolci ottimi e immancabile la tradizionale focaccia, anch'essa molto buona. Una sera abbiamo provato anche il ristorante e ci è piaciuto molto, con piatti tipici liguri.Nel complesso un buon soggiorno.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato due camere doppie uso singola io e un mio amico e nonostante avessimo chiesto due camere vicine, addirittura ci vengono assegnate non solo camere su due piani diversi, ma anche in due ali diverse dell'edificio. Altra cosa che non abbiamo gradito la diversità delle stanze che non è stata fatta presente al momento del check in per poter lasciare a noi la scelta; praticamente il bagno della camera assegnata al mio amico era grande quanto la mia camera e ovviamente se l'avesse saputo, l'avrebbe lasciata a me, anche perché il mio bagno e soprattutto la mia doccia erano veramente piccoli.

I do not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Location: quite central, most things accessible on foot or easily by public transport. BUT this means there is a lot of traffic and the double glazing does not stop the noise.
Atmosphère: cold.
Rooms: mattresses: dry. Clean. Amenities OK (but really, the products are low cost). BUT the room I was given (having explicitly asked for a QUIET room) was next to the elevators and the stairwell, with corridors to rooms on all sides, so you think you're going to go to sleep but no, elevators going up or down, elevator doors opening and closing on all floors, room doors slamming everywhere, toilets flushing, showers running, cleaning staff's trolleys rolling noisily on marble floors... And this was a loyalty program upgrade! That's not my idea of quiet. Or of a loyalty reward ; Not by a long shot. So I didn't get much sleep. And yet, sleep has what I paid for... So, value for money: really bad.
And last timeI stayed, they gave me keys to someone else's room: I opened the door and he was in his shorts on his bed... Security? No!

Pros:

Posizione centralissima, posteggio coperto a pagamento adiacente all'hotel, camera spaziosa e luminosa, arredamento contemporaneo e piacevole. Ottima colazione a buffet con una proposta varia e di qualità.

Goed in centrum gelegen hotel.

Goed hotel in centrum.

Cons:

Tip ter verbetering: als je met de auto komt, is het koffers uit de auto halen stressvol, want men houdt voor die activiteit geen parkeerplek vrij, dus dat moet je in druk verkeer op een verboden plek voor elkaar zien te krijgen. Houd dus een plek vrij voor aankomende en vertrekkende gasten!
