Хорошее расположение отеля в центре города. Рядом есть классная кофейня с коей круассанами. Паркинг рядом с отелем, подземный. В общем-то все было замечательно

Sehr gute Lage und wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt

Sehr nettes und außerordentlich engagiertes Personal!
Parkmöglichkeit war mit dem Hinweis beim Check-in - auf das Hotel dann auch kein Problem.
Late Check-out wurde auch kurzfristig problemlos ermöglicht. Klar - das kostet, doch das war es wert!!

Cons:

Eigentlich alles gut bis sehr gut.
Eine Kleinigkeit - die Duschtüre schloss nicht ganz. Etwas Wasser konnte wir jedoch ohne Probleme mit dem Bodentuch aufwischen. Das ist jedoch nur eine sehr sehr kleine Anmerkung!

Pros:

Sehr bequemes Bett, mit zwei Kissen. Sehr grosses Fernsehe und leise Klimaanlage. Das Personal war nett und verfügbar. Lage ist auch sehr ideal und praktisch. Kann empfehlen, vor allem wenn ihr als Paar hierhin kommt.

Cons:

Zimmer war eigentlich oke aber Lichte haben nicht ganz ideal funktioniert (ich nehme an keiner liest Bücher mehr...).
Toilette war okay aber es hatte Kalk und ein gewisser gerösteten Duschkopf.
Aufzug ist sooo langsam!

Stanza superior pagata più di 250€ con condizionatore non funzionante. Chiamo e mi offrono un cambio stanza ma di fascia inferiore - non mi è stato riconosciuto un rimborso e non ho ricevuto neanche le scuse per il disturbo arrecatomi… il tutto in piena notte…nessuno è salito mi mandano la card in ascensore ho dovuto rifare la valigia e cambiare stanza. Pessima esperienza

Cons:

Il bagno della stanza che avevo avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato e mancava il bidet.
