From arrival to departure everything was excellent. Mattress was perfect to my personal preference.
Pros:

Property was very clean and well kept. Ethan the desk host was very helpful and informative. Best hotel experience I’ve had.

Great front desk service from all the staff members. Got to enjoy most of the offerings except for the pool & hot tu
Pros:

Loved the location on the river & near recreation trail. Also loved the mini golf, bowling, bar onsite. Also liked the fire pit, hammock, corn hole.

Cons:

There was not anything that I did not like.

Nice place to stay, quiet, lots of things to see and do nearby.
Pros:

It was a good location, lots to do locally. It was very quiet, loved that!

Cons:

The AC, need a manual to figure that out. Maybe someone before us had it on a timer but we would wake up freezing.

Nice facilities and friendly staff with just one issue
Pros:

The amenities and the staff were awesome.

Cons:

The air filters and vents in the room were caked with debris. HVAC maintenance needs to be much more regular.

A four star experience and a five star value...
Pros:

The property is beautiful, the amenities are exceptional and the location is great.

The front desk agent, Alicia, was professional, friendly and wonderful to work with. The bowling alley and restaurant attendant was professional, courteous and very friendly as was housekeeping.

The room, furnishings, bed and decor were all very high quality and comfortable.

This hotel is over the top in terms of quality, cleanliness and professionalism.

The value received for the price is excellent and I will definitely stay again.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel.

Nice people nice location, nice they offer cookies & coffee-tea& morning snacks but overall would not stay their

Loved the on site Bowling Alley and Mini Golf.

Cons:

The loft room we were in was outdated & the actual loft area had no air conditioning, no dresser or closet & smelled like urine on one side. I know the other smaller rooms were updated so they need to update the loft rooms. Oh & don’t put people in a pet room when they gave no pet. Animal hair everywhere.

This is such a special, fun place with friendly, professional staff with a great location & wonderful activities for anyone who stays here. Sun & Ski Inn is our home away from home. Can’t wait to return during ski season.
