Comfort!
Pros:

Breakfast was well served with variety of options, warm meals. Delicious Pancakes are made by machine!!! Coffee was always ready to serve at lobby.

Cons:

1)I and my husband need to work on the desk in the hotel room. I wish two Chairs for the desk could be prepared in the room!
2) Can all room lights be switched off by one touch?

Would stay again!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and everything was clean. The mattresses on the beds were very nice.

Cons:

Our bathroom door didn’t fit well in the frame and was hard to close. It also had a lot of scuffing at the bottom likely due to people trying to close it.

I would recommend the hotel to others!
Pros:

Property was clean, breakfast was great, staff was friendly!!

Cons:

It was a little farther from the activities we had planned than I thought. I was not familiar enough with Chicago to know that in advance!! All in all it was a great experience!!

Pros:

Everything was wonderful.

Cons:

The only thing that needs improvement is the windows. Since the hotel is on a very busy street, it is quite loud because of how busy Milwaukee Ave. is.
