Staff! Everyone was so lovely and helpful
Room! Get one with a riverwalk balcony. So pretty
And a special shout to the valet guys! They work hard and were always there if I needed directions or transportation

The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning staff ad the Valet staff were excellent.

Cons:

The Spurs could ave lost and the car horns wouldn’t have kept me up.

It took over 20 minutes just to check in. There was a long line and staff were moving through it very slowly. That's never happened to me at a hotel before

Staff was very friendly. Didn’t like the incidental charge.

Cons:

Spurs won and the honking was annoying especially when you have a grandbaby who was trying to sleep. Also disappointed that I booked 4 rooms and a deposit of $200 for each room was taken out of my card for incidentals and I had to change plans from what we were doing since that cut our budget.
