Categories

Cleanliness
9.3
Many guests explicitly note very clean and well-maintained rooms and public areas (e.g., 'czysciutkie', 'very clean'). A few minor remarks suggest reporting small maintenance/cleaning fixes, but overall cleanliness sentiment is strongly positive.
Service
9.6
Consistently praised: friendly, helpful and accommodating staff (early check-in assistance, supportive front desk). Only infrequent minor complaint (issue with borrowing shot glasses) against otherwise excellent service.
Location
9.6
Repeatedly described as 'perfect', 'central' and conveniently located near transport and key points; location is a clear strength in most reviews.
Room Quality
9.3
Rooms are frequently described as spacious, comfortable, modern, with working air conditioning and amenities like a fridge. A few isolated issues noted (shower door not closing, some rooms facing noisy kitchen/AC units).
Amenities
9
Positive mentions of useful amenities (water dispensers on each floor, in-room fridge, modern lobby). Generally meets expectations for the hotel tier.
Value for Money
9.1
Guests explicitly note good value in several reviews and the hotel is often recommended; no major recurring complaints about pricing vs. quality.
Food and Beverage
8
Mixed feedback: many guests praise the breakfast as good or delicious, but several detailed negative reports cite poor-quality items (e.g., bad sausages, tasteless offerings, egg quality, lack of sweet selection) and bland flavors—lowered score to reflect these consistent criticisms.
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall very positive with multiple guests saying they'd return and recommending the hotel (exceptional service, clean rooms, great location). Some minor negatives (breakfast quality, small maintenance issues) slightly lower the final experience rating.

Ottimo, lo consiglio
Pros:
