Great place!
Pros:

First of all: great localization! Just a few minutes by walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern and other attractions. Also, close to the tram station and harbour. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Secondly: staff was superb, very kind and helpful. To addition, room was comfortable, nice and big. Plus tasy breakfasts. I will come back!

Very poor sound isolation — the hotel is located in the street with a rail way, so even with closed window it seems like you are sleeping inside moving train

A decent hotel with small rooms

Breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

Upon check-in, the front desk was very aggressive in marketing various guided tours in Istanbul. The hotel is situated in a narrow alley where cars cannot park to drop-off or pickup passengers. We were told to walk around the corner and down the block with our luggage. When leaving the hotel, we had to walk through another building to get to our car and driver. Also, be aware that the hotel is located close to a mosque. Every morning we were awakened to the call for prayer blasted through an outside loudspeaker around 4:45 AM.

Хороший отель, удобное расположен ко всем достопримечательностям Стамбула. Рядом остановка трамвая и метро, а так же причал с корабликами.
На завтрак все было вкусно и разнообразно.
Персонал отзывчивый, если есть вопросы, то всегда помогут их решить. Посоветуют куда сходить и что посетить.
Благодарим персонал отеля, что помогли нам быстро решить вопрос с трансфером, который не приехал в день вылета. И мы успели на свой рейс. Трансфер предоставлял Booking.com.
Если ещё будем в Стамбуле, обязательно остановимся именно в этом отеле.
