The staff is amazing, very helpful and welcoming. Specially Butak and Murat (all of them really). The location is amazing, you can walk to the historic monuments in 12 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay in Istanbul! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well located. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful. We stayed as a family and had a great experience. Very good value for money. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Tagsüber braucht man das Hotel ohnehin kaum, wenn man unterwegs ist und die Stadt besichtigt – und nachts konnte man sic

Die Lage, Sauberkeit und das Personal waren super. Leider war unser Aufenthalt aufgrund des extremen Lärms trotzdem sehr enttäuschend.

Direkt unter unserem Zimmer befand sich eine Straßenbahn-Baustelle. Von Mitternacht bis 6 Uhr morgens wurde mit Kompressoren, Hilti-Geräten, Motorsägen und anderem schweren Gerät gearbeitet. Die Fenster waren überhaupt nicht schalldämmend, sodass an Schlaf kaum zu denken war.

Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass ich ausdrücklich erwähnt hatte, dass ich mit einem Kleinkind reise. Trotzdem wurde uns dieses Zimmer gegeben. Nachdem wir uns über den Lärm beschwert hatten, wurde uns angeboten, Kopfhörer zu bekommen. Aber wie soll ein zweijähriges Kind mit Kopfhörern schlafen? Ein Zimmerwechsel wäre hier die deutlich bessere Lösung gewesen.

Zusätzlich habe ich unseren Aufenthalt um zwei Tage direkt beim Hotel verlängert. Trotzdem habe ich dafür mehr bezahlt als bei einer Buchung über Booking.com – obwohl bei einer direkten Buchung keine Booking-Kommission anfällt. Auch das finde ich sehr enttäuschend.

Schade, denn ansonsten waren Lage, Sauberkeit und Personal wirklich sehr gut.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Sehr sauberes Hotel, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, besonders Murat und Anwar. Hervorragender Service, schnelle Reaktion und ein sehr reichhaltiges, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Die Lage ist perfekt – besser geht es kaum!

Cons:

Es gab wirklich nichts im Hotel, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Alles war hervorragend.. Das Hotel verdient meiner Meinung nach mehr als 10 von 10 Punkten!
