Sun, Lois, Luca and Van were very accommodating each encounter we had with them at the restaurant. They took great pride in amazing service. Always there when we needed them and ensured our meals were to our satisfaction.

My family and I had the absolute best 10 days at the Four Points hotel. Everything from check in, to breakfast and the staff was incredible. Juan, Raul, Raquel, Van, and Luca made our trip even more exceptional. Their attention to detail, kindness and recommendations went above and beyond our expectations (Raul even spoke to us in Spanish as we told him we were trying to learn more of the language). Throughout our stay we felt more like family than guests, with Juan often stopping by to see how we were or if we needed any recommendations. Each staff member new our names and did not hesitate to address us personally. This is truly one of those hotels that got it right. I would not hesitate to stay that the Four Points on our next trip to Barcelona. Thank you for an exceptional stay! We will return.

The location was great with a view of the city. Our room was on 11th floor which gave us a great view to the Sagrada Família. There were two shopping centers in walking distance and good local restaurants within reach. mployees were helpful and polite.

From the moment we walked into Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona until the day we checked out, the service was absolutely outstanding. To top it all off, our waiters, Sun and Micaela, and Chef Amaurni were incredible. Their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made every meal a memorable experience.

The front desk staff, waiters, and kitchen team all went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

We were traveling with a large group of over 15 people, and they handled everything with professionalism, patience, and a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, the prices were very reasonable, and the attention to detail was second to none. Every member of the staff made us feel welcomed and valued.

My family and I were completely satisfied with our experience. I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona to anyone traveling through the area. If you’re looking for exceptional service, outstanding food, and people who genuinely care about their guests, this is the place to stay. We will absolutely be back. Five stars!

Over all very good A/C could have been better

My family and I stayed two nights at the hotel after our cruise. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and ensured we had adjoining rooms. Hugo checked us in and was helpful with his recommendations for airport transportation. The rooms had good amenities (coffee & toiletries) and were clean. My kids were actually disappointed that our stay was short. The location was perfect, very close to the mall and a cute neighborhood within walking distance. If we ever go back to Spain, we would stay here again.

We had the most amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience at this Four Points hotel during our Barcelona stay. To say it exceeds all expectations is an understatement, I truly can’t put into words how impressed we were, but I will try so others can get an idea of how extraordinary the Diagonal Four Points is:
The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are a very reasonable size and I loved the high ceilings coupled with the floor-to-ceiling windows so we had a great view and lots of natural light. The newly renovated rooms are VERY nice, but even the non-renovated rooms were still very sleek and modern, they didn’t seem “old” at all. A random highlight for us was the delicious breakfast buffet available to purchase, I have never seen a breakfast buffet with such an extensive selection. It was worth every penny and a great way to start the day. Of course the location is great as well, the Diagonal area was very nice and calm to walk around and the city center is an easy train ride away to reach without having to stay in the middle of it. However, the biggest selling point of this hotel by far is the amazing staff. Every single one of them went above and beyond in every single interaction, but most especially in helping me locate my childhood relic that I accidentally left behind in the hotel. Many members of the staff pitched in to a multi-day ordeal that involved communicating with their third-party laundry service, coordinating getting my stuffed animal back, and keeping me updated on the progress, all after I had already left the hotel as well. That level of effort is absolutely not a requirement in their job descriptions, and clearly comes from a place of just really caring about the guests staying in their hotel, which I’m so grateful for. When I finally did return to collect my animal, they’d even set up the cutest presentation of the “adventures” my animal had been on during his time in Barcelona!!m My entire family was delighted at this and we couldn’t stop laughing at how adorable and sweet the gesture was, after already being so helpful to retrieve the item in the first place. Long story short, it’s a rare privilege to get to stay at a hotel like this. I’d like to especially thank Scarlette, Marta, and the manager Juan Manuel, but I do believe a good number of the staff pitched in to help with this effort whose names I unfortunately don’t have. Regardless, it’s clear this hotel employs the most amazing people who are not only very knowledgeable and helpful with hotel-related matters, but extremely compassionate and dedicated. If or when we visit Barcelona again, it would not even be a question of where we’d stay, even without the insanely memorable customer service, but it’s the people who really propel this hotel into another stratosphere of quality.

Me hospedé en este hotel con motivo de un congreso. Me asignaron una habitación impecable, equipada con una máquina de café y dos botellas de agua de cortesía. La cama de matrimonio era muy grande y extremadamente cómoda, por lo que descansé muy bien.

El desayuno fue impresionante, con una gran variedad de productos y opciones de excelente calidad.

En conjunto, fue una estancia muy agradable.

Nice spacing room with the nice view, excellent service, staffs were great and just walking to several restaurants and supermarkets including the famous church in Barcelona.

Great hotel close to the beach, city and a great mall. Good food options nearby. Raquel have is a warm welcome and a lovely adiós. Staff are great! Will definitely stay there on our next visit to BCN
