I OVERALL ENJOYED MY STAY
Pros:

The resort is beautiful exactly what I needed for my slow vacation. Paradise

Cons:

I had a friend to come over for a day, even after I paid for his day pass hey wouldn't let him pass reception and chill with me and my other friends by the beach. They literally took my money for nothing and was rude at doing it. Also the staff makes too much noise in the morning close to the room, they wuld talk to each other across the hallways,so I did not make my late mornings sleep ins. The food isalmost the same everyday that I ended eating out because there wasn't a lot of variety from breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner and I had an iall inclusive package, also the bar doesn't have a lot of options to choose from.

Pros:

La plage devant l'hotel, la gentillesse du personnel, c'est un beau cadre

Cons:

Les repas sont souvent les mêmes, pas toujours qualitatif, l'hôtel est bien mais trop cher pour ce que c'est. On dirait plus un club de vacances, pas un resort.

THE RESTAURANT STAFF WERE ATTENTIVE. THE CHEIFS MADE EFFORT.

Pros:

Location was great, food was great, drinks, staff and entertainment were really good. One of the few places I missed when I got home.

Not really a hotel problem but people on the beach and amount of Seaweed everyone is avoiding responsibility for.

Stunning beach & garden, good entertainment, but disappointing food and minor thefts

A good beachfront location with easy access to the ocean. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are clean and comfortable, while the pool and lush tropical garden. Entertainment was a highlight.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the food quality falls short of expectations for an all-inclusive setup—it's not the buffet one might hope for, and we'd prefer paying for higher-quality meals instead. There are no on-site restaurants, forcing us to venture out for better options every time. While clean, the overall vibe can feel a bit sterile, and some reception managers were quite unhelpful on multiple occasions. We experienced items going missing from our room, like chargers, manicure tools. The cleaners were disruptively loud early in the morning, banging on doors and entering while we were still asleep. Overall, it's suitable for a short stay for a weekend, rather than a longer vacation.

A blissful few days in a perfect location, made possible by brilliant staff.
Pros:

A superb stretch of white sand. The food was sensational every day throughout our stay. The staff are super-helpful, creating a perfect environment for relaxation. It has a good feel of local authenticity and secure western comfort. The facilities are good - tennis courts in good condition, basic gym, pools and bars etc all excellent. My hockey crazy children were even invited to join in a staff hockey match one evening. We first visited in 2005 on our honeymoon. It was our first return trip, We will certainly not be leaving it another 20 years until we are next at Diani Sea Resort. A real gem in a glorious location.
