Pros:

Kom en sen eftermiddag för att ha någonstans att sova. Fick ett fint och rent rum med kort varsel. Bra sängar och ett tyst rum. Lämnade tidigt före frukosten, men utan att be om det hade det ordnats frukostpåse inför avfärd, uppskattat.

Cons:

Lite kunskap i engelska hade varit toppen.

Pros:

Ich würde dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Ich habe 680 Euro für drei Nächte bezahlt, aber es hat sich überhaupt nicht gelohnt. Das Hotelrestaurant schloss um 20:30 Uhr, der Pool um 21:30 Uhr. Da das Hotel an einem Ort liegt, an dem nach dieser Zeit kein Restaurant mehr geöffnet hat, haben wir zwei Nächte ohne Abendessen verbracht. Im Urlaub esse und schlafe ich nie zu festen Zeiten. Ich möchte später essen und schlafen können. Der Fernseher im Zimmer war winzig, aber man konnte das Fußball-Halbfinale nicht sehen. Es war furchtbar.

Cons:

Hotel liegt zentral und hat ausreichend Parkplätze. Auch die Küche ist super!

Mimoriadne ústretový a pozorný personál, chutné raňajky

Cons:

Zariadenie našej izby pôsobilo, akoby sa v ňom zastavil čas a už dávno neprešlo obnovou. Izba bola bez klimatizácie, čo pri horúcom počasí významne chýbalo. Po otvorení umývačky riadu sa šíril nepríjemný zápach, koberec bol opotrebovaný a miestami znečistený , kreslo zaprášené. Celkový dojem z izby nezodpovedal očakávanému zariadeniu 4* hotela.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolles Personal, kostenfreie Parkplätze, leider keine Klimaanlage aber wenigstens ein Mückenschutz am Fenster. Wenn es aber wirklich heiß ist, kommt leider kein Lüftchen ins Zimmer.

- komischer Zitrusgeruch im Badezimmer, etwas unangenehm

in dieses Hotel werde ich bestimmt nicht mehr einchecken!

Freundliches Personal an der Reception und dem Restaurant. Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und erfüllte alle Wünsche.

Cons:

Die 2 gebuchten (Familien-)Zimmer, lagen weit auseinander, zudem im Untergeschoß, sodaß in Augenhöhe der Rasen zu sehen war und andere Personen in die Zimmer Einblick hatten, wenn nicht die Vorhänge geschlossen waren. Der Zimmerservice war unterirdisch. Nach 8 Nächten haben wir reklamiert, weil bis dahin KEIN Bettwäschewechsel stattgefunden hatte. Gesaugt wurde auch nur einmal und das in einem 4*-Hotel, das an der See liegt und unweigerlich Sand eingeschleppt wird. Die Reinigungskräfte verstanden kaum Deutsch, standen im Flur und spielten mit ihren Handys. In einem Bad tropfte der Hahn und nach Reklamation fanden wir ein Reparaturset vor. In den 14 Tagen unseres Urlaubs wurde die Reklamation aber NICHT beseitigt. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank oder Minibar, wo man für (anwesende) Kinder hätte etwas kühlen können. Handtücher wurden in 14 Tagen nur 2 Mal getauscht.
