We lucked into this fabulous gem of a place and regret nothing.
Pros:

The location is fantastic — right in the middle of everything, easy to get everywhere, but somehow still quiet and feels secluded. The breakfast was phenomenal — the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had anywhere, hands down. We looked forward to it every morning. Staff was super friendly, especially Nicolo.

Pros:

Was in a good location, near the main square but tucked away, so minimal noise and we were ground floor. The place we had was huge and was in separate building, bit of a long strange layout, two shower rooms and one bedroom, living space and kitchen.

Muy lindo pero mala experiencia!
Pros:

Excelente ubicación para llegar con ferry.A pocos pasos de lugares turísticos. Limpieza y habitación muy buena.

Cons:

El dia del check in reservamos una noche mas de lo programado en la misma habitación. La persona que nos recibió, refirio que estaba libre, nos quedamos tranquilos.Pero no concreto la gestión, por lo tanto la reserva no se llevó a cabo y por un dia mas en Venecia , nos ofrecieron una habitación fuera del hotel, a un valor mucho mayor .Tuvimos que buscar otro hotel solo por una noche. Para tener en cuenta.. una lástima, mala experiencia.
