Maravilloso, repetiría seguro, super recomendable.
Pros:

El hotel superó las expectativas en todos los aspectos, y eso que ya esperaba que fuese bueno. Está situado muy cerca del centro, en una placita tranquila y agradable. La habitación era como se mostraba en las fotos, con todos los servicios disponibles, ventanas insonorizadas, todo moderno limpio impecable, con ascensor. El personal fue muy cercano y amable, el checkin y checkout fue rápido y se ofrecieron a ayudar en lo que hiciera falta, todo el personal era Veneciano y hablaban perfecto español.

Generally disappointed.
Pros:

The location is good - close to vaperetto stop.

Cons:

The dinning room was closed for renovations. The room was an outside annex on ground floor - lot of noise especially very early morning (5.30 am) people moving equipment about in adjoining storage facility. Room while generally clean had large number of small flies - we asked for fly spray to be applied but this didn't make a difference.

L’emplacement, la décoration des chambres, la literie, le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Il manquait selon moi une machine à café dans la chambre si on regarde dans le détail par rapport au prix de la nuitée et la porte de notre chambre était juste devant celle de l’ascenseur, ce qui peut être gênant pour ceux qui veulent dormir le matin.

It was clean

Cons:

The staff seemed uninterested in how your stay was. There were young girls often playing music and singing loudly outside. The hotel only supplies water on the first night and after that they charge for it. For 1200 euro for 4 nights, I have never experienced this before. Toiletries such as conditioner were not replaced. This was noisy, overpriced, very cold and dark inside. I would not stay here again.

A pochi metri da Piazza San Marco e dalla laguna, in una piccola piazzetta tranquilla, appartamento in depandance eccezionale (offerto upgrade gratuito), colazione eccellente. Ottima soluzione.
