They refused to provide me an invoice. I made the booking through Booking.com and the hotel refused to give me the invoice because I use booking.
They are required by law because they are the end service provider.
This was a business trip and it really caused me some pain.
Neither Booking.com nor the hotel were helpful in receiving that invoice. But no one hesitated to take my money

Très bien situé et accueillant
I loved how I felt like a Queen, with the room service and the phone calls being picked up immediately. I liked how the front desk listen to us and with our concerns. Wonderful stay. Would stay again.
I didn't like being charged $251 out the blue and front desk stated that the hotel just does that just because. I also did not like at the restaurant a server put a $40 tip on my bill without me know when it was only 218, we gave them tip in cash.

I felt like I was in France and everything was just over priced and no pool I had 2 kids and they couldn’t do nothing except sitting on the hall and anything Theo touched was charge in my room. Honestly i paid more way to much money thank when we stayed at the four seasons. For the price is to much even a snack for a kid was over priced and I didn’t see the luxury like the four seasons
