Nothing.. whatever showed in photos was just a part of it not complete photos. Hotelnis inside a building need to go by stairs and it seems they converted old messy rooms in hotel

Very disappointing and unacceptable stay

This hotel is absolutely not as shown in the photos. The reception is extremely small and difficult to find, and the hotel is located inside a building, which already felt uncomfortable.

All floors were dirty except the first floor, and even there, the rooms had rats. I could hear noises, and there was rat droppings on the bed — completely unacceptable. The rooms and lobby were filthy, messy, and smelled very bad. The curtains were old and dirty, and the rooms did not look or feel like hotel rooms at all.

The staff behaved dishonestly. They showed me one very dirty room, then another, and then another — all unacceptable — and claimed those were the best rooms they had. I was traveling with my family and my 2-year-old child, and this situation was extremely stressful.

I had to contact Booking.com support to fight for the value of my money and explain how important it was for my child to rest before a long flight. Only after escalation did the manager offer a slightly better room on the first floor — but even that room had rats.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially families.
