Overall a good experience. A bit pricey, but comparable to everywhere else.

Great location and decent facilities overall.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable, the shower was hard to maneuver in due to size, and the floor of the shower was bubbling up. Also, we ran out of toilet paper, and when I went to ask for more, the person at the front desk said “give me about 10 minutes, we are out”, then proceeded to stare at me and expect me to walk away. He never got us any, kept saying he needed time each time I went to ask. Ended up having to buy our own.

Pool bathroom
Pros:

The room was clean outside was clean and breakfast was delicious and dinning room was very nice

Cons:

The pool bathroom was not clean. There was a spider and web on the safety rail and looks like it has been there for awhile

Location and cleaning staff was very nice and polite.

Cons:

The room had flying insects of some sort on the comforter, walls and ceiling and I felt uncomfortable from the front desk when I asked for a new room since I had been there for 3 days.
