Restaurant et l'accueil du personnel
El hotel está muy bien ubicado próximo a la estación de Leuven, desde donde puedes coger un bus para ir a cualquier punto de la ciudad o moverte en tren por el país. El personal es muy amable, llegamos mucho antes de la hora y nos dejaron pasar a la habitación permitiendo aprovechar nuestro tiempo allí.

Confort of the room
Breakfast. Not a great choice. Very limited. And the person who cut the fruits her or his hands should should were glove, because all the fruits who were cut tasted garlic. Disgusting!
Centrum is op loopafstand, auto kun je gratis voor het hotel (mits plaats) parkeren. Prachtige, ruime kamer.
Ontbijt was zeer goed
Te zacht matras, was hol (kuil), slecht voor mijn rug. Bed was ook te hoog maar ik ben dan ook geen fan van boxsprings ...
After many years at Park Inn, we ended up using Novotel this year, and although being a little bit reluctant before our stay, it turned out great. They absolutely know how to cater for their festival guests.
Pros:
- Superior room was quite spacious and clean. Nice with fridge in room.
- Breakfast times extended to 11 during the festival. That's how we like it.
- Kept their bar open with pizza options until 3.A.M. Also a very good initiative and they also showed all world cup matches.
Neutral:
- Even though it's not as close at Park Inn, it's still quite close to the central station and shuttle buses
- Breakfast was nice with a good bread selection, however after the first night, they stopped knowing how to cook bacon, so it was more of a raw damed mess, rather than crispy. Also split between soft and hard boiled eggs. One never knew what to expect.
Cons:
- Slow elevators
- Price is very high, but unfortunately to be expected

The location was great, people there were great and the service was good. Room was also very comfortable and nice.
Price, but went for Rock Werchter and no hotel is nice then.
