Uitgebreid ontbijt. Netjes verzorgt

Lawaai van andere gasten maar daar kan je niets aan veranderen.

Er moet alleen een oplossing voor parkeren regelen.
Pros:

het ontbijt was uitgebreid en vers, vers croissant volkoren brood rustige plek en het personeel zorgen dat gelijk opgeruimd word. Dus zeer tevreden over het ontbijt misschien vers jus d'orange.

Cons:

Het probleem bij Novetel is parkeren. ze zeiden dat je voor de deur gratis parkeren ,maar ze zijn weinig plekken. Dus we hebben daarnaast bij een parkeergarage voor 24 EURO voor 24 uur geparkeerd maar als je naar buiten gaat dan moet je weer betalen als nog daar wil parkeren. Dus parkeren is een probleem.

Verblijf: ok voor de essentie, maar gebrek aan menselijke contacten.

De kamer en bed erg goed!

Cons:

Gebrek aan communicatie omdat alles gebeurt via QR. Moeilijk om een overzicht te maken ivm planning van maaltijden, in casu ontbijt... Doet mij denken aan mijn militaire dienstplicht!!!

Gute Lage, ab in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Man kommt zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Mit Glück bekommt man einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Frühstück ist gut

Preis/Leistung stimmt einfach nicht. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt.

The staff at the check-in desk were very helpful when we arrived for a last-minute check-in — a pleasant and smooth experience.

Cons:

Check-out was handled by a rather disengaged member of staff. To make matters worse, a simple coffee to go was not available — quite remarkable for a hotel. On top of that, the price paid was far too high for what the hotel had to offer.

La camera era grande e pulita. Abbastanza silenziosa con ottimi infissi. Grande finestra. Bagno con grande doccia e buoni prodotti. Wc separato. Buona illuminazione.

Cons:

Ho scelto l'hotel perché sembrava molto vicino alla stazione, ma c'è da camminare un pò. Arrivati in fondo al lungo viale che parte dalla stazione, bisogna girare intorno all'ultimo edificio del viale e continuare ancora un pò nella direzione opposta per trovare l'ingresso dell'Hotel. È anche lontano dal centro. Le finestre affacciano sullo stabilimento della Stella Artois e su una strada molto trafficata.
