Redelijk en modern hotel
Pros:

Novotel is een modern en goed onderhouden hotel aan de rand van het centrum, eigen parkeergarage. Het is mogelijk een hond mee te nemen. Redelijk ruime kamers en een goed voorzien ontbijtbuffet (dat om 9:30 u sluit).

Cons:

De badkamer had een badkuip die o.i. onvoldoende beveiligd was tegen slippen bij het in- en uitstappen voor de douche. We moesten extra betalen voor het meenemen van de hond, maar kregen daar (in tegenstelling tot de belofte) geen enkele voorziening (mand, drinkbakje o.i.d.) voor terug. We verbleven er tijdens de hittegolf en de airco was er niet op berekend de kamer in die omstandigheid voldoende te koelen. De hele ervaring viel ons wat tegen in het licht van de prijs die we ervoor betaalden.

Cons:

Het hotel is erg verouderd. Bed en meubilair is gescheurd of zit vol plekken. Idem voor de gordijnen. Wat het prijs kwaliteit te duur maakt.
