Pros:

Скорее это хостел чем апарт отель)) Общая кухня, общие туалетные комнаты... Переночевать , да за такую цену вполне можно, но все же косметический ремонт в местах общественного пользования провезти необходимо, какая бы цена не была, это просто не уважение к людям. Чистить зубы и смотреть на черный от плесени силикон м/у раковиной и стеной..... душевые кабины тоже повидавшие жизнь.... Не хватает элементарного хозяйского ухода в этом доме.
Завтрак хороший. Номер хороший. Кровать чистая. Персонал положительный.

Pros:

Гостиница расположена недалеко от центра,по желанию можно пройти пешком до Новгородского Кремля,я передвигалась на машине.В гостинице чисто,уютно,все в соответствии с ценой.Я осталась довольна .Приходили только ночевать после прогулок по городу,тихо ,спокойно,персонал очень приветливый.
