Pros:

Freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal, zentrale Lage des Hotels, sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl zu einem (für diese Hotelkategorie) moderaten Preis. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Park Campo Grande, nur eine kurze Wegstrecke von der historischen Altstadt entfernt.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Nuestra estancia fue bastante decepcionante. Al regresar por la noche a la habitación, cuando ya nos disponíamos a acostarnos, descubrimos que la sábana bajera presentaba manchas y algunos cabellos. Ante esta situación, impropia de un hotel de esta categoría, tuvimos que solicitar un cambio de habitación. También nos sorprendió negativamente el mal estado de la moqueta.

Aunque nos facilitaron otra habitación, a primera hora de la mañana siguiente nos reclamaron que retiráramos las maletas que habían quedado en la habitación que nos vimos obligados a abandonar precipitadamente la noche anterior. Consideramos que, dadas las circunstancias y siendo el cambio consecuencia de un problema de limpieza ajeno a nosotros, deberían haber mostrado mayor comprensión e incluso haberse encargado de trasladarlas.

En conjunto, una experiencia decepcionante que no estuvo a la altura de lo esperado en un establecimiento Meliá.

Perfecto para disfrutar Valladolid en fiestas.
Pros:

El hotel cumple con las expectativas de un 4 estrellas. Perfecto en general. Felicidades.

Cons:

Por poner una pequeña pega, creemos que tendrian que actualizar un poco las habitaciones (moqueta, puertas ...)

The hotel was ok but expected more for the overall cost
Pros:

The public facing areas were well appointed and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice . Excellent location

Cons:

The room was in need of refurbishment. Carpets were stained and torn and the shower was under par. The air conditioning wasn’t working in one of our rooms however they did provide an upgrade . Used the single tea bag and this wasn’t replaced

Personnel, sympa, literie, très confortable, hôtel calme, mais vétuste

La lettre est très confortable
Le personnel très agréable et bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La moquette dans la chambre très usée, pas de douche, TV, trop petite et pas en face du lit.
Déco vieillotte.
Cette hôtel aurait besoin d’être rajeunit.
Et pas facile d’accès.

Bel établissement mais un peu défraîchi.
Pros:

Très bel hôtel idéalement placé à proximité d’un joli parc et à quelques pas du centre-ville. Excellent petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Aspect luxueux dans son ensemble, mais l’entretien n’est pas tout à fait à la hauteur… Poussière dans la chambre. Moquette hors d’âge, usée et délavée. Revêtements muraux de la chambre et des couloirs vieillissants.
