Pros:

Staff and service was excellent.
The hotel has a garage, cheaper than any other option in the city center, but it is a narrow fit. The room was clean and comfy, Location is excellent, 5 min walk from the center square.
Great value for the price.

Cons:

Elevator was not operational during my stay, which was a bummer.
AC was not working, but luckily not needed. Would have been horrible during the summer/heatwave.
Breakfast on location is on the more expensive end.

The Darmstadt hotel - cozy
Pros:

Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Quiet hotel and quiet street very close to Luisienplatz and the busses.

Cons:

Elevator did not work. Air-condition did not work. Had my room changed to their next door facility. Room there extremely minimalistic. No safe. No cleaning unless you ask. I asked and they did not. B
Over whole it was cozy and functional, yet, nothing to write home about.

Pros:

Comfortable stay and pleasant staff. The shower was very large and nice, the bed comfortable, and the A/C worked. Quite cute overall design/makeup of the place, and very central with amazing tram connections from the main station, and to the rest of the city.

Cons:

Elevator didn't work and thus had to either go around and use the other entrance, which was annoying, or walk up 5 stories worth of stairs. Also, for 18€ per night/person, the breakfast was not worth it. There wasn't anything wrong with what was there, but it was really not worth the money, especially compared to some other hotels I have stayed in.

Please fix the elevator as it’s emergancy case.
Pros:

The room is exactly the same in photos, comfortable and functional.

Cons:

The day we stay the elevator is broken and it’s just me 44 kg girl had to carry 30 kg luggage to third floor and also the next day carried down.

I was informed to cancel due to overbooking on the day before check-in, somehow it’s solved by contacting booking.com customer service.

Gute Lage und sehr gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Darmstadt!
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Frühstück in Ordnung, die Garage im Haus war gut und die Ausfahrt am nächsten Tag erst nach dem Check Out möglich!

Cons:

Das Personal war nett, aber hat sich in Darmstadt nicht ausgekannt und daher nicht hilfreich bei der Auskunft!

Location is great. Very close to the historic city centre.

Cons:

Elevator broken. There is another in hotel next to it that can be used, so that helped.
When we asked for a city map, the man in reception looked at us like we had made a strange request. Then he asked us if we didn't have a phone with Google maps...
