The room was clean and the beds were comfortable
Our room was next to the lobby and the staff was talking loudly until about 11:30 PM. Our toilet was clogged and it took 2 hours to get someone to unclog it.
We were welcomed warmly and given a spacious room. Having a small fridge was great. The bed was quite comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. Everything in the room was immaculate. We liked the water cooler in the lobby.
Breakfast was ok but not great. We went down at 9:10 (it closed at 9:30) and the hot water for my tea was lukewarm. I heated my paper cup of water in the microwave, which had a spill in it.
Very good breakfasts. Room was acceptable.
The carpet in the hallway and elevator was atrociously dirty. The driveway to the parking lot had deep pot holes that needed to be filled.

It was close to the airport and they offered a 24 hour shuttle.
The staff was new and not knowledgeable. They gave me false info about how the shuttle system ran, and it made me miss a shuttle and arrive at the airport later than I would have liked. He said I could pay with Apple Pay instead of a credit card, but wasn’t able to make it work. It took him three tries to get the room key machine to make a key that worked in my door.

Very worn out and not clean.
The suites were spacious. The hotel was located in a very convenient location, right off the interstate, near a shopping center, not too far from downtown. Breakfast was serviceable. The chocolate chip brownies tasted great!
Not as clean as I would have liked. There were cobwebs in the corner of my ceiling above the desk, and the bathtub wasn't as clean as it should have been. There was some slime underneath the soap tray. And the youth soccer team running throughout the property amongst several rooms, stomping up and down the stairwell and slamming doors was quite annoying. The carpet in the common areas and the elevator were showing signs of wear and tear. And the stairs were dirty.
Convenient location, comfortable bed, good breakfast, friendly staff; they helped arrange a rental car.
The bathtub was very dirty—unwashed, with a layer of grime on the sides—and the shower didn't work, so I had to wash using the tap and pouring water over myself from a bottle. The toilet was dirty too, and there was hair scattered on the floor. There was a large stain on the hallway carpet. The carpet in the elevator was filthy—it looked like it had never been cleaned. The key cards kept stopping working; during my four-day stay, I had to go downstairs four times to get a new card to access my room. The hotel is quite run-down. I do not recommend staying there.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Le personnel est acceuillant et répond rapidement au question. Le batiment est bien situé et facile a avoir accès au centre de burlington et il est près des magasins. La piscine est grande et il y a beaucoup de place tout autour.
Les chambres auraient besoin de travail. La tapisserie décolle, les lits ne sont pas très confortables. Il manquait des couvres lits et draps a notre arrivée. C'était sale a quelques endroits. La gestion de la climatisation est vieille et lente a répondre. La salle de bain avait de la moisissure dans les joints et le plancher du bain ce délamine. La pression de l'eau est d'une horreur.
