La struttura è proprio sul lungomare di La Paz (il Malecón) e ha un garage privato, che purtroppo funziona alla “chi prima arriva meglio alloggia”. La terrazza ha una vista stupenda.
Le camere sono un po’ vecchiotte e il materasso sarebbe da cambiare. La prima sera siamo arrivati verso le 22, un po’ distrutti dal viaggio, e alla richiesta del servizio in camera - che chiudeva poco dopo - ci è stato inizialmente risposto picche. Alla fine, sentendo la reception, con molte limitazioni ci hanno fatto ordinare qualcosa per cena.

Location is perfect and the view was great
Room was hot when we arrived. It was 105 degrees outside and when we checked in. The windows in the room were open and no a/c was on. The phone in the room did not work and two of the windows in the bathroom did not close. We also encountered a giant cockroach in our bed and brought it to the desk and nothing was done.
I loved the location but at night the location was challenging to sleep. The main road was very loud at night with cars and loud music. The hotel provided ear plugs but it didn't help

The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance from a lot of things. Staff was kind and exceptional, met all and any needs. Parking available and free. Highly recommended.
La ubicación del hotel. La habitación era amplia y muy cómoda, la limpieza perfecta.
Poca flexibilidad al hacer el check-in. Llegamos 10 minutos antes de las 15:00 horas, la habitación estaba preparada y aun así nos hicieron esperar.
El restaurante Quinto piso es lo mejor de las instalaciones,
La ubicacion es la mejor, en el malecon viendo hacia la bahia, los 3 meseros del restaurante es lo mejor que se tiene en el hotel, y la calidad de los alimentos y la presentacion de los mismos es de primera calidad, felicidades al gerente del restaurante y a los muchachos que atienden las mesas.
los pasillos son ruidosos, faltan letreros de silencio para que la gente se contenga un poco haciendo ruidos, los filtros del AA estaban excesivamente sucios, los limpie por mi cuenta y fue la diferencia, deberian tener un programa de limpieza semanal. los cubrecolchones son plastificados y hacen ruido incomodo.
Loved location although it got loud at night with traffic. A nights had to wear earplugs. Overall hotel was perfect.dtaff wonderful n very helpful. Restaurant...food was delicious !
