Good value. Great staff.
Pros:

Excellent, cook to order, breakfast. Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms could use some updating, but they were clean and comfortable.

Really cool
Pros:

Great location. Hotel has A LOT of history! Really cool old hotel with touches that can’t be replicated nowadays. Though it was NOT spooky at all, it DID give us very haunted (in a good way) vibes. I’d love to go back, and investigate for real. Great breakfast!

Great central spot for exploring and enjoying a wee dram!
Pros:

Great hotel to explore Campbelltown and an easy stroll back from the distillery tour at Springbank!

Cons:

We were there on a Friday night and there were some very, very noisy merry-makers at the pub downstairs. Probably worth asking about the location of your room, in relation to the pub, depending on the night you stay!!!

Pros:

Breakfast was really good. Was out for lunch and dinner. Room was of a good size and clean. Everything worked without needing instructions. Shower was designed for a normal sized person. Bed was comfy.

Cons:

I can't think of anything. It has always been good, which is why I keep coming back.

Pros:

The location was stunning, visited the distilleries which were superb, all close to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and so were the staff. A fabulous hotel. Parking was superb, couldn't have asked for a nicer location.

Nice place, checkout staff not so good
Pros:

Staff at arrival and breakfast staff were wonderful

Cons:

Staff at checkout completely ignored me even tho I handed in my key and said "thank you" no response, didn't even stop their conversation. Might not stay there again because of this.

Staff very friendly. Room clean and bed comfortable leading to a good night's stay.
