Una grata experiencia.
Pros:

El claustro para el desayuno es fantástico. También lo es la ubicación. El tamaño de la habitación era excepcional.

Cons:

No me gustó el sistema de información del minibar porque no se puede distinguir fácilmente lo que es una cortesía de lo que era de pago.

Estancia perfecta en un hotel espectacular.
Pros:

El hotel es excelente, sin ninguna duda. La habitación era muy amplia, las camas comodísimas, y el baño completo y muy bien equipado. Tal vez lo único es que por la mañana entraba luz porque las cortinas no cerraban del todo, pero nada de importancia. El desayuno es espectacular, y además en Julio se sirve en el claustro, lo cual ya es perfecto. Las personas que atienden en el desayuno son simpatiquísimas y muy eficientes, da gusto. Lo mismo que las de la recepción. En cuanto al edificio, es un antiguo palacio muy bien rehabilitado, muy bonito y acogedor. Y está situado al lado del casco histórico en el otro lado del río, lo cual es perfecto porque no tienes el follón del centro pero estás a 5 minutos andando.

Cons:

Nada de nada. Es un hotel que merece sin duda el 10.

Comfortable, elegant and well-located
Pros:

We had a wonderful one-night stay at NH Collection Palacio de Burgos. The hotel is very centrally located, making it easy to explore the city, and the onsite parking was extremely convenient.

The building itself is impressive — modern, stylish and beautifully converted, while still retaining plenty of character. Our room was large, comfortable and very well appointed, and the staff were helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

The small gym was well equipped and a useful addition. Breakfast was excellent, with a great choice, and the beautiful room it was served in made the experience even more special.

A comfortable, elegant and well-located hotel that we would happily stay at again.
