Cons:

It was clear from the start that they didnt have a reservation for us by the constant cross referencing their computer v paper reservations. Finally, we were allocated a room, but we discovered soon that there was no hotwater to wash or shower with. We told the front desk and they said they knew and that it was in hand. The next morning we still had no hot water. Not satisfactory at all.

No funcionaba la TV
La ducha estaba rota
El agua caliente a penas llegaba
El agua salía por debajo de la mampara y tuvimos que poner una toalla.
El grifo del lavabo rebotaba el agua para atrás y caía al suelo.
No estaba limpio y las camas incómodas.
Contraté porque ponía en la página 3 estrellas y cuando llego vi que sólo ponía 2, aunque no lo considero ni de 1 estrella.

L'endroit est bien placé et le professionnalisme du personnel, dans l'ensemble c'est un bon établissement et le restaurant est très bon avec un service impeccable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'est malheureusement pas à la hauteur du restaurant, le café en thermos n'est pas terrible et le choix des aliments particulièrement restreint.

Todo en su conjunto, facilidad de aparcamiento, buen género en el restaurante y el trato del personal

Cons:

El colchón era algo blando y una hoja de la mampara estaba rota, por decir algo, porque el alojamiento fue muy bueno

No están preparados para dar el servicio que ofrecen.
Pros:

Vinimos para una boda que se celebraba en las mismas instalaciones, fue lo único bueno, que no tuvimos que desplazarnos y que la boda fue espectacular, a pesar de la mala gestión del restaurante y la poca colaboración de "El Cobertizo".

Cons:

La escasa limpieza, la desorganización de las habitaciones (había que salir al patio para ir a la 3), las numeraciones no corresponden con las plantas, al último piso no llega el ascensor, el mantenimiento, en mi habitación estaba descolgada la cortina , el interruptor no tenia marco, solo la tecla, los armarios son pequeños y no son adecuados para colgar ni guardar vestidos de fiesta (para un hotel que se dedica a organizar bodas....), la limpieza del entorno es pobre, la recepción está en el restaurante/cafetería y éste huele a humo, ya que tienen un asador abierto y la ropa acaba cogiendo olor, solo tienen un par de camareros con experiencia, el resto son jóvenes y/o eventuales para eventos, etc...

Patika, ka viss bija tīrs un kārtīgs. Ja vakjag tikai pārgulēt - ir ok. Ja gribi ko vairāk, izvēlies ko citu!

Bijām vīlušies, jo aprakstos bija minēts gan restorāns, gan tik skaists dārzs ar strūklaku?!...kur tas viss - nav ne jausmas! Ieradāmies pirms 8 vakarā un mums vairs nevarēja piedāvāt pat vakariņas. Braucām ar moci, bijām +37 pārkarsuši un braukt atpakaļ uz Huescu nebija vairs spēka. Ēdām vēl no brokastu laika pārpalikumus - labi, ka vismaz tie bija! (kāpēc tā domāju, jo otrā rītā tieši tas pats stāvēja jau no rīta). Neticiet brokastu bildēm! Brokastis nebija sliktas, bet tev iedod 3 bildītes/variantus, no kuriem viens jāizvēlas un tad to atnes. Viss! Un, protams, neviena vārda angliski personāls neprot(vismaz vakarā).
