The bar staff could be more polite
Excellent poolside, but also the service at the front desk was great, very helpful. Staff overall were very friendly.
Some miscalculations were perfectly dealt with.
Food was nice, and the breakfast was very nice.
Also, the extra facility, the spa, was great.
We had some issues with the bathroom toilet. But it was well handled.

Comfortable room, great and very friendly staff. Enjoyed the terrace bar and restaurant and beautiful grounds.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room, which I would absolutely expect in a 4 star hotel. No iron or ironing board for clothes.

Me gustó el trato del personal de recepción, muy amables, tener piscina y disfrutar de un chapuzón con este calor de 10, no que no me gustó es que depende a qué hora fueras a la piscina no hay amacas ,la gente las coge, les pone la toalla, se van al bar, las amacas libres y tú en el suelo! Se tendría que mejorar la disponibilidad de ellas! Por lo demás fantástico
La manera de gestionar las amacas y que en el césped de la piscina te encuentras rodajas de limón de las bebidas que la gente se toma, cañitas, en general había algunos desperdicios!
