The staff and breakfast.

This is a great hotel! The staff from the dining to housekeeping to the front desk were all friendly. Jo and Malaysia at the front desk were especially helpful and efficient. Would definitely return
The woman at the front desk when we arrived, her name is Dre, was extremely professional and helpful in getting us checked before quickly after a long drive so we could rest before going to a concert. She also suggested and guided us to take the Hilton wood bridge walkway which took us to the back of the collegium and right in to the concert with no waiting in line. Staying at this Hilton and Dre’s help getting to the coliseum with ease made our entire experience wonderful!
I literally can not speak any higher about this hotel, the staff and the location. We come here a lot for work and I can not tell you how awesome the staff is here. Dre, and Gabby are so great! Always always helpful, friendly and such hard workers. The whole staff here I have encountered have been phenomenal. The location is great as there’s restaurants and food near by, and an outlet. Walmart is also close. Only 5 minutes to the airport. Thank you guys so much!!
Great experiences, and food!
Location and modern clean recently renovated property.
Breakfast ( one of the only ones we had to pay for the whole trip) was the poorest, cold and had obviously been hanging around a while. The meal in the bar the night before was excellent .
Cheryl at the hotel restaurant was amazing. She was so friendly all the time and was always greeting us with a smile. She definitely made this stay enjoyable.

Kim Drayton was a great shuttle driver. He gave good advice on traveling.
The stay was great. But the Shuttle driver Kim Drayton was AWESOME! He was an amazing driver. He gave us tips about Charleston that were very helpful. Food was great and waitresses were good.
We only stayed for one night but the Airport Shuttle drivers were extremely helpful & hospitable. Also we accidentally got locked outside in an open space near the pool and we called the front desk and they came quickly to help us. Prior to checking in a group of ladies were paying for their stay and there was confusion but the front desk clerk handled all very calmly, politely, and professionally. Really enjoyed the outdoor pool area as well.
