Jak zawsze wysoki standard obsługi klienta. Panowie na śniadaniach rozlokowujący klientów bardzo kompetentni. Pokoje zawsze ładnie i należycie wysprzątane.

Cons:

Do Managerów!!! Czas zacząć działać drodzy Państwo. Byliśmy po raz trzeci w Waszym hotelu w ciągu ostatnich kilku miesięcy. Od kilku miesięcy jedna z wind, które dowożą klientów z garażu nie działa. Pozostała jedna, która rozwozi również ludzi po piętrach z pokojami. Czas oczekiwania na windę trwa tyle, że po naciśnięciu guzika można iść wypić kawę i wrócić, to jest szansa, że wtedy winda się pojawi. To jest niedopuszczalne na taki standard hotelu. Zgłosiłem to w kilku miejscach, na co otrzymałem odpowiedź, że cały czas pracownicy zgłaszają to managerom i ich zgłoszenia pozostają bez odzewu od kilku miesięcy. Dowiedziałem się również, że mają być przeprowadzone renowacje kolejnych wind, to jeżeli renowacja każdej windy ma trwać 6 miesięcy lub dłużej, to współczuję klientom. Ja osobiście przy kolejnej rezerwacji na pewno będę pytał o stan wind, bo wolę wtedy zrobić rezerwację w innym hotelu, niż spędzać za każdym razem tyle czasu na oczekiwanie na windę, a potem do windy wchodzi tyle ludzi, że ludzie jadą ściśnięci jak śledzie w słoiku.
