Turi savo parkingą, nors ir už papildomą mokestį. Strategiškai puiki vietą, norint apžiūrėti miestą.

Cons:

Labai užkrautas viešbutis, per pusryčius tenka laukti, kol atsilaisvins staliukas.

A great place, we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent.

We arrived very late, at around 2 a.m. I would also like to apologise to the reception staff because we may have reacted too emotionally to the price in euros after converting it from Polish zloty. We were very tired, and our Erste Bank exchange rate made the final amount about €15 higher than the price shown on the website.

In the end, I paid with Revolut, and the price was close to the one listed on the website. This is not an advertisement, but I have definitely learned my lesson.

Overall, I can only recommend this hotel.

I was also surprised by hotel prices in Warsaw. I did not expect them to be so high. Radisson offered a very good deal and turned out to be both cheaper and more attractive than many three-star hotels. Well done!

Pros:

The rooms are very spacious and luxurious. They were exactly how I liked it. Beds were soft, same for the linnen. The bathroom was perfectly clean. Facilities were amazing: great spacious gym, pool was great for a quick swim and two saunas with different temperatures were nice too.

Cons:

The breakfast is very expensive. Although the food was good, it's not really worth that much money (about 30€ per person). During our stay in june 2026 on the street side there was construction. This did make a little noise during the week. We were fine with it since the windows blocked most of the sound but it could be a nuisance for other travellers.

Somehow meeting expectations but far from perfect
Pros:

Location was very good for our needs

Cons:

We were given a room where water dripped out of the sink into the bathroom room with an odor of sewage. They tried to fix it three times and the eventually decided to move us to a smaller room claiming that they’ll place us back once repairs will be done, something that did not happen in the next 7 nights. We noticed that in the new room the refrigerator did not work and one of the lights neither. Our conclusion is that hotel maintenance is rather poor and there is no follow up on issues left open

בחירה מעולה ומלון מפנק וחדש. מצדיק את הדירוג הגבוה
Pros:

לא אהבנו את בתי המלון האחרים ובחרנו את רדיסון בתור הרע במיעוטו. על פניו היה נראה במיקום שנוי במחלוקת ופחדנו מרעש מהכביש בגלל שהמלון נמוך. ביקשנו חדרים שפונים לעיר אבל לצד שקט ולא לכביש והיה מעולה, שקט, ברמה. בתור אחד מפונק במיוחד פחדתי לגלות בעיות שלא היו ידועות אבל הביקור עבר חלק ומושלם.

מיקום (הליכה) - ממוקם כ 15 דקות מהעיר העתיקה, 10 דקות מקזינו של סופיטל, 15 דקות מקזינו של הפרזשנטישאל ותחנת הרכבת (אזור פחות סימפטי). 8 דקות הליכה ממתחם האוכל, ברים ובילויים, 10 דקות מהקניון, 5-7 דקות לאחד הסטארבקסים. במונית זה 8-10 ש"ח נסיעה לכל מקום כך שמי שלא בא לו ללכת זה בסדר. ליד המלון יש בית כנסת גדול. זה אולי לא המיקום הכי טוב שיש (ולכל מיקום יש חסרונות ויתרונות) אבל המיקום הרגיש לנו מצויין, לא הרגשנו שבחרנו לא טוב. זאת אומרת אם הינו בוחרים במרכז העיר (המדהים ביופיו!!) היינו במיקום מעולה אבל רחוק מבתי הקזינו, הקניון, מתחם הבילויים וגם המבנים במרכז העיר בסגנון עתיק והעדפנו את האיזור המודרני ומלון חדש. בקיצור למי שמחפש להיות קרוב להכל (במקום קרוב מאוד לאזור אחד) זה מיקום מעולה.

רעש/שקט - לא יודע איך החדרים שפונים לכביש ואני חושש שאפשר לשמוע את הכביש (אבל לא יודע), בצד השני של המלון יש שקט מוחלט. לא שומעים כלום וגם לא את המסדרון או החדרים השכנים. זה היה מעולה!

ארוחת בוקר - הייתה מצויינת, היה הכל מהכל, היה טעים מאוד, 0 המתנה להכנס, לשבת, למכונת הקפה. אנחנו אהבנו.

צוות - כולם היו מקסימים ממש. במיוחד פקיד הלילה שעזר לנו מעל ומעבר בכל שאלה ובקשה. הצוות אפילו צחק ואמר לנו שלא נחשוב שכל הפולנים כאלה נחמדים :)

בריכה / ספא / מכון כושר - הבריכה ממש אחלה, חצי מחוממת. מקורה (רוב בתי המלון בלי בריכה, ג'קוזי וסאונה). הבעיה שאין אוורור אז החדר מריח מכלור וזה העיב על הביקור אם כי סה"כ היה אחלה. מכון כושר ענקי ומרשים, אבל ממש. ספא נראה ברמה, לא זול בכלל (300 זלוטי למסאג). עשינו ליד המלון ב 170 זלוטי לאותו זמן והיה מקצועי.

לסיכום - בביקור לזוג, רומנטי, אולי הייתי שוקל בעיר העתיקה כי היא ממש ממש יפה. אבל ללא ספק הייתי חוזר למלון הזה שוב, ככה אני מצפה שיהיה המלון שלי בכל חופשה עירונית. אם המחיר מתאים לכם, אל תחשבו פעמיים !

Cons:

מסעדה במלון - יקר להחריד, לא הכי טעים שיש. אכלנו המבורגר וואגיו ואני צנצנת אם זה וואגיו מה גם שלא היה טעים ולא שווה את הכסף. תאכלו שם רק אם אין ממש ברירה. אין שום סיבה לגבות כמעט כפול מכל מסעדה אחרת באיזור ובעיר.

לאונג' - הייתה לנו גישה ללאונג' שהיה מרווח, גדול, יפה ומפנק. יש שתייה קלה, יש מכונת קפה, יש קצת נשנושים אבל ציפינו בזמן האוכל החם שיהיה קצת יותר מגוון ואפשרויות. היה חזיר בפסטה שהייתה המנה היחידה. לא היו פתרונות לצליאקים. אז נכון שזה לא חדר אוכל אבל בסוף באנו ללאונג לאוכל ושתיה כי לשבת אני יכול בלובי / בחדר / במקום אחר

מיטות נוספות - בחדרים הרגילים יש ספה נפתחת לילד קטן, לא לבוגר או ילד גבוה אז קחו בחשבון. בסוויטות הספה נפתחת ויש מזרון זוגי נחמד. טוב ל-2 ילדים או מבוגר אחד. אפשר לקבל מיטה מתקפלת עם מזרון טוב לילדים. לא פתרון אידיאלי אבל לפחות חוסך כסף
