Nie było źle, ale nie wrócimy.
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, wygodne i duże łóżka, obsługa śniadań bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna.

Cons:

Czystość. Pokój za duże pieniądze, bo z widokiem na Pałac Kultury, a okna brudne. Szklanki brudne, ślady palców widoczne gołym okiem. Sprzątanie codzienne po łebkach, podłoga w łazience nieumyta, na podłodze włosy poprzednich gości. Drzwi do łazienki skrzypiały na całą parę, nie do uwierzenia w takim hotelu. Do dyspozycji gości jedna butelka wody do podziału, reszta dostępna w minibarku (zresztą nie do końca zaopatrzonym, bo były puste miejsca) za duże pieniądze. Windy się psuły, raz wyłączona jedna, raz druga. Naprzeciwko pokoju otwarte duże okno, bez klamki, przez co było zimno i leciało to do pokoju. Mimo zapewnień o zamknięciu, dalej było tak samo. Śniadania monotonne, codziennie to samo, przy pobycie kilkudniowym nie wiadomo było już, co jeść. Uważam, że za taką cenę mogliśmy trafić na coś lepszego.

Pros:

Fint rum, bra frukost , en tjej i receptionen var väldigt hjälpsam. Ren och fräsch hotell , trevlig personal på frukosten

Cons:

När jag checkade ut det var en kille i receptionen, första gång träffade jag nån i receptionen som vid utcheckning tackade inte eller frågade hur var på hotell. Han bara tog rum nyckel , tog betalt för den som jag tog från baren och knappt tackade för vistelsen . Vet inte kanske han hade dålig dag men man ska behandla gäster lite bättre :(

Sehr angenehm, ich würde bei einem weiteren Besuch von Warschau auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut und zentral. Das Personal war freundlich und der Aufenthalt war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt und alles war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war meiner Meinung nach nicht ganz so toll. Es gab keine besonders grosse Auswahl.

Εξαιρετικη επιλογή στο κέντρο της πολης
Pros:

ομορφο και προσεγμένο ξενοδοχείο, αναλογο των 5 αστέρων. Το δωμαριο ανετο αν και το περιμενα ελαφρως μεγαλυτερο για τα χρηματα που πληρωσαμε. Η πισινα και η σαουνα εξαιρετικα αν και σηκωνουν βελτίωσης

Cons:

Στην πισινα υπηρχε κοσμος που καθοταν με τις ωρες με αποτελεσμα να μην υπαρχει χωρος για να κατσεις (καθως οι ξαπλωστρες δεν ειναι ουτε 10 στο συνολο), και ειδικα μεσα στο τζακουζι μπορει να ηταν παρεες για 2-3 ωρες και δε κουνιοταν, θα επρεπε να υπαρχει ενα μετρο ωστε να εξυπηρετηθούν και οι υπολοιποι (ολες τις ημερες συνεβη το ιδιο δε καταφεραμε να μπουμε ουτε για 5 λεπτά). Το μετρο ειναι σχετικα μακρυα αν κουβαλας βαλιτσες (~10' με τα ποδια), επισης κατα τη περιοδο διαμονης μας χτιζοταν απεναντι κτηριο και ειχε λιγο φασαρια τα πρωινα απο πολυ νωρίς

Gute Lage, sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es war das erste Hotel seit langem, wo wir nichts, absolut nichts von anderen Zimmern oder Straßenlärm hörten. Es war absolut ruhig.

Cons:

Die Badezimmertür war schwer zu schließen, was meiner Tochter "das ist nicht 5*-like" entlockte. Sonst war alles in Ordnung
