En god natts sömn på et trevligt hotell. Hit återvänder vi!
Pros:

Läget och rummet som var stort och hade fin utsikt. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal som inte ändrade en min när vi inte hittade var toalettpapperet satt 🤣.

Super Lage, tolles Frühstück, schöne Bar, geräumige Zimmer

Cons:

Der Duschbereich hatte echt Probleme… undicht, wenig Wasser und zum Schluss auch leider noch verstopft

We had a wonderful day. Being so tired from traveling, it was great to lay down and relax. We felt taken care of by ever
Pros:

Beautiful architecture and furnishings. Very nice dining restaurant. Excellent breakfast- the food was top notch, there was a great layout. The staff were wonderful.

Cons:

It was a little further out from Copenhagen than I anticipated ( my fault for not understanding). But it is located centrally- easy to navigate around.

clean, spacious, friendly staff.

Cons:

The only thing we missed was fresh air in the room. I understand that the windows are sealed for safety reasons, but the atmosphere felt somewhat stuffy

Vart det låg det var centralt

Cons:

Tyvärr fick vi ett rum där badrummet luktade bajs och unket som faaan när vi tog upp de me personalen så var den första personen bra och bad om ursäkt och skulle ge oss kompetens medans hennes kollega var otrevlig och fick mig att känna mig som att jag ljuger och misstrodde mig

Pros:

Läget är bra och det är väldigt centralt, nära till allt. De har både frukost, restaurang och bar, samt gym.

Cons:

Vi har varit här flertal gånger, men det blir tyvärr dåliga kvalitet för varje gång. Ingen telefon eller information om Wi-Fi på rummen. Inte välstädat. Duschen fungerade inte bra alls, lågt tryck och dålig kvalitet på duschen generellt sett. Vi bad om extra handdukar, men fick dem aldrig.
