La struttura è bella e sempre curata.
Di anno in anno il prezzo è aumentato sempre di più, anche prenotando con mesi di anticipo.
A comfortable business hotel with a good breakfast.
There was almost never someone at the bar. They had to call someone and made you wait. Even the front desk was sometimes left empty. Receptionists seemed busy with office work. I suspect that the place is understaffed. This was my second stay. Some staff members are friendly (nice guy at the bar when he showed up), but others are surly and/or less than competent.

Climatisation bruyante à ne pas pouvoir dormir obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte.
Télévision les chaînes françaises ne marche pas et le personnel ne nous a pas régler le problème.
Piscine 30 minutes avec bonnet et il n y a pas longtemps j ai eu une opération à la tête donc impossible de me baigner.
Il personale è stato gentilissimo, sempre accogliente e professionale. La pulizia è semplicemente impeccabile in tutti gli ambienti, curati nei minimi dettagli. Un vero punto di forza è il ristorante: abbiamo mangiato benissimo dal mattino alla sera. Tutto perfetto e di ottima qualità, sia per la colazione (ricca e varia), sia per il pranzo e la cena.
L'unico neo della struttura riguarda l'area sportiva e benessere. La piscina e la palestra, sebbene gratuite per gli ospiti, di fatto non sono utilizzabili a causa dell'eccessivo numero di persone esterne e dei continui corsi. Peggio ancora per la SPA, che non solo è a pagamento, ma richiede anche la prenotazione obbligatoria.

La disponibilità dello staff a risolvere l'enorme problema presentato da altri ospiti. Ci hanno cambiato subito camera e fatto un upgrade pazzesco.
Il ristorante, ultimamente chi si occupa del ristorante risulta sempre scortese, poco incline a dedicarsi al cliente e soprattutto maleducato nelle risposte. Anche la cucina era meglio tempo fa. Ti passa la voglia di pranzare li.

Called hotel 3 weeks prior to make sure the bed arrangements for rooms. Got confirmation on phone and email it will be done.
On the day we checked in they gave completely opposite what we have requested for.
On approach staff just said sorry we dont have whar you need .
Breakfast was very average .
