Important information:

Guests of the complex are not permitted to receive visitors. Only guests may use the swimming pool and facilities.

Guests with half-board have a dining schedule from 18:30 to 20:30 in the Restaurant.

The reception is open from 08:00 to 23:00. Outside these ours there is a security guard that can help guests with check-ins.

Please note that only pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos is allowed. A supplement of EUR 18 per night, per pet will be applied.

Half board rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner.

Please note that all pools are heated from November to April.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Maravillosa experiencia
Pros:

Me parecio muy bueno el desayuno buffet, la limpieza de las instalaciones y la habitacion. Y el personal con un trato muy amable.

Cons:

La ubicacion es un poco mas alejada de lo que esperaba, para salir a la playa del ingles tienes que coger taxi, pero al menos es economico 7€ aprox.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage mit vielen Palmen und Bäume welche Schatten geben.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn die Bungalows 2 Liegen hätten auf der Terrasse.

Espectacular.

La tranquilidad, las instalaciones y lo más importante estar con mi mascota tranquilamente por las instalaciones la comida tanto desayuno como cena muy bien y el personal de 10

Hôtel agréable en semaine, détestable le week-end.
Pros:

Hôtel entièrement rénové donc modernité, propreté, équipements, très appréciables.

Cons:

Qualité de la restauration pas toujours à la hauteur d’un quatre étoiles, manque de renouvellement, présentation des plats chauds dans des récipients mal-pratiques.
Très mauvais point donné, par la présence de chiens, acceptés par l’hôtel, notamment le week-end, nombreux clients se moquent que leurs animaux de compagnie aboient toute la journée, troublant fortement la quiétude de l’hôtel. Je comprends que cela permette d’accepter davantage de clients, mais au détriment de ceux qui viennent chercher repos et calme. Rien que pour cela je deconseillerai cet hôtel.

Muy buena y estuvimos muy agusto
