Guests of the complex are not permitted to receive visitors. Only guests may use the swimming pool and facilities.
Guests with half-board have a dining schedule from 18:30 to 20:30 in the Restaurant.
The reception is open from 08:00 to 23:00. Outside these ours there is a security guard that can help guests with check-ins.
Please note that only pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos is allowed. A supplement of EUR 18 per night, per pet will be applied.
Half board rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner.

El trato hacia la persona , lo limpio que estaba todo.
La comida más bien la zona del asadero donde te asaban el pollo, los pinchitos. Ya que estaban bastante duros y secos
Todo en general muy bien .
Por poner un pero se agradecería una Tv en el dormitorio y poder llevar perros de más de 15k .

Las instrucciones
Cuando limpiaban la habitación se hacía por encima, en una semana no nos cambiaron las toallas y nos faltó papel de wáter. Nos dejaron el sábado dos rollos con mucho menos de la mitad para sábado y domingo y éramos 3. Nos faltó. Nos salvo que nos gusta llevar siempre toallitas
Fabuloso
La piscina, los jardines y las instalaciones en general todo está muy limpio. El desayuno bueno y variado. La posibilidad de llevar a nuestra mascota y tener una zona habilitada para tomar sol con ellos fue una comodidad. Hay parking a la entrada para dejar el coche e incluso la posibilidad de dejarlo a la sombra.
Añadiría como sugerencia que la terraza y el solárium tengan una valla para poder tener la puerta del apartamento abierta y tener la tranquilidad de que el perro no salga a los jardines ni moleste a otros huéspedes.
Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en este hotel. Destacaría especialmente las zonas comunes, las piscinas y los jardines, todo muy cuidado y con un ambiente de tranquilidad perfecto para descansar. El bufet nos pareció variado y de buena calidad.
Las habitaciones son cómodas y agradables, con camas muy confortables que permiten descansar muy bien. Además, el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente, algo que se agradece mucho en los días más calurosos.
El trato recibido en recepción. Desde nuestra llegada percibí una atención bastante fría y poco cercana. Eche en falta una bienvenida más amable, algo tan sencillo como una sonrisa o un saludo que haga sentir al cliente bien recibido. La primera impresión fue algo incómoda, ya que las personas que nos atendieron permanecieron serias y esperando a que iniciáramos la conversación, lo que me transmitió precisamente sensación de bienvenida.
Durante el resto de la estancia también percibimos un trato bastante rígido por parte de recepción. En contraste, nos gustaría destacar la amabilidad y buena atención del personal del bar y de las zonas exteriores, que fueron cercanos y agradables en todo momento.
Es una pena porque las instalaciones, la tranquilidad y el resto de servicios del hotel nos gustaron mucho, pero una atención más cálida en recepción mejoraría notablemente la experiencia de los huéspedes.
