Pleasant and reasonably priced.
Pros:

Price was reasonable. We managed to get a hotel closer to Wembley stadium for cheaper than the hotel we had originally booked. Room was basic and it was all we needed. Restaurant and bar looked really nice. Everywhere was clean.

Uncomfortable stay in a very basic room which was not to the expected standard for over £100 a night. The staff were fan

Cons:

Room backed onto train line, access to the property was horrid and felt unsafe if not using the motorway. The room wasn’t set up appropriately when we arrived and the air conditioning wasn’t working on an incredible hot couple of nights. There was plaster over the spy hole in the door and the basic requirements for a hotel room had to be asked for and weren’t provided as standard e.g bath mat

Terrible humans
Pros:

Cancelled my room at 10pm at night, because I was yet to check in. Me and my disabled mother ended up sleeping in a car. They did it via email and didn't call and when I tried to call them there was no answer. In addition they emailed me to say not to show up as they had no rooms.
