Mould in the room and bathroom. Broken shower curtain. Okay value for money. Good location.
Pros:

We liked the location as we are frequent visitors to London. We were able to check in late as we had been out all day.

Cons:

We didn’t like that there was mould in the bathroom. The shower curtain was broken and had holes in it. There was no extraction fan in the bathroom. The “double” bed was two single bases and two single mattresses put together, this was extremely uncomfortable and o ended up stuck in the middle in between the gap through the night so I didn’t sleep properly.

Convenient Location - Poor Food and Beverage Service.

Cons:

For a busy Motorway located Hotel the restaurant & bar were woefully understaffed people waiting an age to get food service and staff having little idea of the location of customers once the food was ready for service.

Pros:

Very polite staff. Special mention must be made of Reece one of the check in staff at the desk, his duty of care towards me as a customer was exemplary and made my stay more pleasant

Very noisy guests, kids running up and down the corridor, aircon useless, window couldn’t be opened, which would probably have made the trains passing every 2 minutes worse

Great place to stay very comfortable beds
Pros:

The service was amazing and was greeted with smile and the receptionist was very polite and friendly. The room was very clean. The only downfall was that the Air conditioning was not working and the time we spent there the weather was very hot and humid even throughout the night, but a fan was made available but the AC would have been perfect.

Cons:

The air conditioning was the only draw back as it was really hot and humid. The breakfast menu was small only 5 hot items and they didn’t have a substitute for non pork eaters so basically just beans and eggs couldn’t have sausage or bacon.

Staff at reception called Manoj was very good.
Pros:

Staff at reception was good and helpful. A particular staff at reception called Manoj was extremely helpful

Cons:

Air conditioning was not functioning very well in the room
. Maximum it came down to 18 /32 on the dial but the temperature wasn’t that cool
