Could be so much better if a little effort was applied
Pros:

Good price, would have been a fairly positive review if not for such poor attention to detail with simple things like having working tv’s in the rooms.

Cons:

TV in first room didn’t work. Moved to second room & tv didn’t work, was offered a third room but declined as I didn’t want to move again. I was staying 2 nights so asked for TV to be repaired while I was at work….returned at 7pm and hadn’t been repaired!
Avoid breakfast also….looks like it’s cooked in a microwave, never seen or tasted such awful bacon & sausage.

If AC is sorted will be great, don’t book in hot season. Even the windows are locked. Fan did not help

Adequate for 1 night. Although geographical location was good, the road layout meant it took 30mins to travel 1.8 miles

Cons:

No air conditioning unit, especially in this hot summer, yes there was a fan in the room but it didn't really help. The fan was not even turning by itself. So if I have to move to different location in the room I have to go to the fan and manually turn it to my direction.
