Nothing it’s like overpacked the room wasn’t great the place is filthy had dirty socks by the sink in the bathtub they were somebody else’s dirty socks.. The refrigerator was dirty. It had juice boxes, candy wrappers, and the floor was filthy.

Cons:

Only thing I like was the ocean you walked across the street but the place we slept in I wouldn’t recommend

Pros:

Good location , nice pools without having to many restrictions , elevator worked good , full size refrigerator with mini stove/oven , plates and cookware supplied. Nice stay .... will book again

I really like the location as it was just a walk across the street to get to the beach. And I like the fact that there was a mini kitchen in the room even though we didn’t use it it’s nice to have the option to cook for yourself during your stay. I liked the indoor pool and hot tub.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was a second entrance to the room. I didn’t know that there were two different buildings when I booked so I was surprised to find that there was a building on the beach and one across the street. And I didn’t like the roaches. I saw a few the following morning as we were preparing to leave.

Need more indoor facilities for the price . Staff not helpful, got locked out when returning from beach… finally someone let us in (another customer staying there) employee never showed up. Not clear as to what room it actually getting when booked. Staff was of no help, very poor customer service. Deposit never mentioned when booked.cant pay deposit with cash which is a problem due to waiting so long for money back

It was 50/50 clean.

Cons:

The photos do not even show the correct hotel. It’s not on the beach, it’s not even the same building. The room had hair and other things. The staff was NOT friendly, in fact they were highly rude.
