Pros:

Nothing special. Staff was not very informative. They did not offer any information about the amenities and where they were located. Liked to relax in the lazy river. Could use updating.

The view from the room was great. The balcony was a great spot to view the ocean and the street activity. The cost was a great value for the location.,

Cons:

Room decor and furniture was old and outdated. The cleanliness of the room was not very good. Wanted to charge me up to $100 to check in early. No elevator. very noisy from street traffic.

Train your staff and do better!
Cons:

The managers left younger staff left to try to figure things out and after telling the front counter to try a different card but didn’t and because of continuing to try the card I asked them NOT to charge I ended up with almost 100 in fees on my account. I ended up having to find another place to stay after trying to explain over and over but instead my grandson and son sat in my car for almost two hours!
