Je déconseille fortement cet établissement j’ai été très déçu ça ne mérite pas le titre d’hôtel 5 étoiles.

Le personnel était très sympa, le réceptionniste nous a très bien accueilli, et les voituriers très professionnel. La restauratrice tunisienne très gentille un grand bravo à elle

La propreté n’est pas de rigueur, les tapis sont très sales, on a trouvé des cheveux dans notre chambre. Il faut aussi noter qu’il est précisé que le petit déjeuner est indiqué qu’il se termine à 10h30, à 9h55 nous sommes descendus et le buffet était vide lorsque que j’ai demandé aux personnels ils m’ont répondu qu’ils ne réservaient pas, on a du négocier longtemps avant de recevoir deux trois choses de quoi manger à notre table, nous avions vraiment l’impression de mendier alors que nous avions payé c’est inadmissible

Great to palce to stay
Pros:

I like the coziness of the hotel; it is not so large but still a good size. I loved the coffee shop downstairs on the ground level. I enjoyed the Japanese restaurant on the rooftop called YUZU, the staff and food were great. The pool on the rooftop is small, so you can't do laps.
