Сам отель очень хороший. Соотношение цена = качество. Нам сделали апгрейд номера. Персонал очень внимательный и всегда готов помочь. В номере было чисто и комфортно

Cons:

К отелю нареканий нет. Но вот его расположение очень сомнительное. Территория вокруг оставляет желать лучшего

Great place to stay for our first trip to beautiful Casablanca
Pros:

Good location, Café‘s and supermarket nearby and all sightseeing spots easy to reach. But the cherry at the cake is the team, reception (Dumaima, Khodya), Lobby restaurant (Boumia and team), the entire Lobby Bar team, also the room service & cleaning (Wissal). Thank you for the hospitality. My twins had birthday there, and won’t forget the surprise during breakfast (thank you, has been fantastic)

Cons:

they have a good Spa, but prices are rather high. Sauna access for 60 min at 250 MAD is quite something.

المكيفات جدا جدا جدا حاااااااااااارة نصيحة لمن يذهب الى كازا في الطقس الحار المكيفات جدا حااااارة ستضيع وقتك لمحاولة اصلاحها الى ان يستبدلون الغرف انصح بالفندق في الاجواء الشتوية

From the moment my team and I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The hotel was comfortable, well-organised, and provided a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. What truly made the difference, however, was Madiha. She was outstanding from check-in to departure, professional, efficient, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Her responsiveness and attention to detail ensured that every request was handled promptly and seamlessly. Madiha embodied the very best of Moroccan hospitality and went above and beyond, not only supporting our team during our stay but also expertly coordinating activities and arrangements for our VIP guests even after we had checked out. Her dedication, commitment, and genuine care left a lasting impression on all of us.

Cons:

Honestly, very little. The overall experience was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Any minor issues were addressed quickly and professionally by the staff. And especially with Madiha, nothing could go wrong.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Bett war mega gross, saubere Zimmer. Personal sehr freundlich. Super frühstücksbuffet. Nachtessen sehr gut. Unsere Motorrad war sicher in der Garage geparkt. Wäscheservice top.

L'accueil, la réception, la place de parking et le confort de notre chambre.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'aide et la bienveillance d'IMAD. Il a été disponible pour nous conseiller lors de nos sorties, aide pour le parking de notre véhicule et nos bagages !
