It doesn't quite live up to the 5-star experience it positions itself as. The staff were lovely, but it's clear there's room for better training, particularly in the downstairs restaurant area. There were plenty of staff on hand, yet surprisingly little seemed to be happening. Service was slow, and food cold or undercooked. It just didn't quite add up. The rice in breakfast buffet was cold and very undercooked. The coffee machine didnt work properly. There were no spoons...

تجربتنا في الفندق كانت جميلة، وأحب أشكر مديحة بشكل خاص على تعاملها الرائع معنا. كانت متجاوبة جدا، وأسلوبها جميل وراقي، واهتمت براحتنا واختارت لنا غرفة ممتازة وكانت مناسبة لنا جدا.

بصراحة مديحة من أفضل الأشخاص اللي تعاملنا معهم في الفندق، ووجودها فرق معنا في التجربة. شكرا لها على الاهتمام وحسن التعامل، وبإذن الله نكرر الإقامة مرة ثانية.

tout etait parfait. nous avons passé un tres bon sejour - 1 nuit. nous n'avons pas testé le breakfast mais chambre et lobby et piscine parfaits

Durchschnittliches Hotel in seiner Preisklasse
Pros:

Die Anreise mit dem Pkw inkl. Parken vor Ort war problemlos. Guter Parkservice. Anschließend wurden wir von Khadija sehr herzlich begrüßt und bekamen ein Zimmer-Upgrade. Das Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Der Service an der Lobbybar hat sehr lange gedauert. Zudem ist die Qualität des Frühstücks ausbaufähig.

Хорошее расположение отеля , уютные номера

Cons:

2 раза пыталась заказать напитки (1 раз в лобби при заселении , 2 раз на террасе ) оба раза сотрудники меня проигнорировали , сидела ждала своей заказ 20 минут и ничего . Впервые столкнулись с таким отношением
