Pros:

Colazione abbondante e variegata.
Personale cortese e disponibile.
Camere pulite e ben tenute,nonostante si capisse che i lavori di muratura erano stati fatti molto approssimativamente.

Cons:

Ci hanno fatto pagare 80 euro in taxi privato per fare 1 km e mezzo all'andata e ritorno per un ristorante al centro. Questo mi ha molto deluso!

Average and the evasive behavior of the staff should be checked
Cons:

The staff are evasive however the client relationship manager was able to apologize and handle my compliant but I dont think that’s a behavior that most of the staff will drop soon. When they knock on your door, they don’t wait for your approval to come in; they simply use their key to unlock and come in. Very strange behavior

Nos ofrecieron una habitación de categoría superior, al llegar. La junior-suite era grande y confortable. El personal era muy amable y profesional.

Cons:

El hotel no parecía realmente un cinco estrellas, era, más bien, un cuatro estrellas: las instalaciones, la limpieza de las zonas comunes, el desayuno. La zona de la piscina no era agradable.

Fantastic customer service from the moment we stepped out of our taxi. The Suite we had was large, comfortable and modern.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The food (except for breakfast) in the hotel restaurant was quite average, and the staff couldn't keep up with the guests. The cleanliness of the rooms wasn't the best either. Overall, compared to Radisson Blu hotels of the same standard in other countries, the quality was lower and the price higher – a disadvantage for the Casablanca hotel.
