Localização privilegiada; estação VLT na porta; portaria 24 horas; o terraço tem vistas incríveis do Cristo Redentor e do Pão de Açúcar; o café da manhã tem um horário estendido sendo possível praticar exercícios físicos no calçadão cedo e depois tomar um belo café da manhã; a ducha de banho é magnífica com água forte e quente, e no quarto as roupas de banho e cama são brancas, simbolizando higiene total do hotel.

Cons:

O elevador social estava com defeito durante toda minha estadia o que atrapalhou demais, já que estava hospedada no 9o andar e todos do hotel só tinham o elevador de serviço pra usar. E diga-se de passagem, os próprios funcionários estavam reclamando de estar sem o outro elevador há dias, dificultando o trabalho deles

Localização muito boa. O quarto tem varanda com vista aberta. Muito bom o Café da manhã.

Só havia um elevador funcionando, com o hotel lotado. Muito tempo esperando para descer e subir. No mais foi tudo certo.
