Pros:

All the staff are very kind and helpful, perfect location and view from window to the river

Romantische Burg, in der das Personal mit viel Liebe arbeitet!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat ein märchenhaftes Erscheinungsbild und man kann den Rapunzelturm der Burg erkunden. Das Essen im Restaurant schmeckt super und beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlt es an nichts! Die Atmosphäre ist wunderbar!
Außerdem war ich erstaunt darüber, wie tierlieb das Hotel ist! Für unseren Hund waren Leckerlies und Näpfe auf dem Zimmer zu finden und auch für uns selber gab es kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Gummibärchen, Muffins, Wasser und Schlaftücher! Das Zimmer wurde mit viel Liebe für uns als ankommende Gäste vorbereitet!
Man kann das Hotel wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Ambiente in alter Burg und grandiosem Personal

Cons:

die Zimmer in der obersten Etage sind schon klein, ebenso wie das Bad sowie die Toilette. Wir hätten doch noch mal Geld für grössere Zimmer drauflegen sollen

Sehr empfehelnswertes, ruhiges Hotel in schöner Umgebung mit Stil.
Pros:

Tolles Ambiente, freundlicher Empfang, guter Service. Die Zimmer waren sehr ruhig, die Betten ausgezeichnet. Es hat im Prinzip an nichts gefehlt. Frühstück auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Sauna war schon sehr urig, aber ausgesprochen unpraktisch. Es gab kaum Möglichkeiten, persönliche Sachen abzulegen. Generell mussten wir ein wenig suchen, wo jetzt was zu finden ist. Da hätten wir uns mehr Informationen gewünscht. Eine Dusche für alle, die auch noch den Eingangsbereich darstellt, ist definitiv zu wenig

Dormire in un vero castello
Pros:

Perfetto per chi vuole fare l'esperienza di soggiornare in un vero castello. Ambientazione e sale interne molto curate. Luogo invantevole. Colazione davvero eccellente, molto varia e completa. Si accede gratuitamente alla torre, bella la vista sulla vallata.

Cons:

Molti ragnetti (di quelli di campagna con zampette sottili) in camera, non il massimo per chi ha paura. Finestra obliqua impossibile da chiudere con la tenda, per cui dall'alba entra letteralmente tutta la luce in camera. Doccia chiusa con la tenda, si allaga facilmente il bagno.

Pros:

Für uns war es ein Traum in einer Burg übernachten zu dürfen und die Trendelburg hat wunderbares Flair. Das sehr nette und entspannte Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt um vieles entspannter gemacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Die internationalen Gäste waren wunderbar.

Cons:

Wir waren mit dem Restaurant am Abend nicht ganz zufrieden. Auch wenn es ein breites Angebot gibt, so fanden wir unsere Gerichte eher geschmacklos.
Ebenfalls waren die Betten nicht die bequemsten.
