The hotel was very clean and the location was convenient. The staff was also polite and helpful.
The room was extremely small for two people. We could barely fit ourselves and our luggage in the room. The wallpaper looked very old and dirty, even though the room itself was clean. The hotel also had no soundproofing at all. We could hear everything from the hallway and the other rooms. Every time another guest opened or closed their door, our door would shake and bang loudly. It was very difficult to sleep because of the noise.
The location is amazing- tucked just into an alley which leads into st marks square- perfectly central. The hotel is quite traditional in style, with marble and dark wood features but it was spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good range of foods in the breakfast buffet- including eggs, cereals, bacon and sausage as well as pancakes, sweet pastries etc.
Very little to complain about! Whilst it was not a cheap trip, the location reflected the price and the service was great- I was visiting Venice with my mother and due to mobility they made sure we were in an accessible room etc. A real treat!

É próximo de tudo o que mais interessa e da praça San Marco. O banheiro é espaçoso, a água é quente e os itens de higiene são bons. As toalhas são novas.
Quarto muito pequeno, instalações bem antigas, café da manhã bem básico para o preço da estadia. Cama, travesseiros e lençóis muito usados.

Mouldy rooms, uncomfortable beds with stone hard pillows, unfriendly staff, no cleaning, grouty showers and mediocre breakfast … only the location ius worth two points.
L'emplacement est très bien (30 m) de la place st Marc. Peut-être amélioré le café! Un vrai café italien aurait été plus appréciable et non en machine!
Peut-être le bruit quand les gents rentre la nuit.
Il est bien au centre , près de tout le personnels sont très gentils.
La porte de notre chambre fermait mal.
La chasse d’eau aurait besoin d’être remplacée.
Les fenêtres ne sont pas insonorisées, ce qui rend les nuits très bruyantes et l’endormissement difficile
L'emplacement vraiment à 2 pas de la place st Marc et de la navette fluviale pour l aeroport, 6min du Rialto

L'hôtel en général et l'équipement de la chambre, vieillissante tuyau de douche cassé boiserie abimée. Certaines chambres sont certainement en meilleur état ce qui justifie les étoiles. Ce n' était pas le cas de la mienne.

This hotel is not what you expect from the photos.
I turned up thinking I would experience a lovely 4 star hotel instead it looked like a half way house or hostel.
The flooring was lifting graffiti on the walls. Sockets crackers and just not clean.
The room was a box and is not what is being advertised everything is worn through. We had to book another hotel as after a room change it was no better.

Location was brilliant. Next to San Marco Square and minutes walk to the vaporetto, shops and the grand canal. Room was upgraded to a suite which was a great surprise. Breakfast was very good!
Shower temperature was inconsistent, too hot to too cold.
