Tutto perfetto
Pros:

Posizione centrale ma al tempo stesso silenziosa, la camera era spaziosa e pulita. Un punto a favore va sicuramente a Giada che è stata super gentile e che ci ha dato consigli utili su escursioni e ristoranti

Cons:

Solo un consiglio, nel terrazzo delle camere metterei un filo per poter stendere costumi e asciugamani

Pros:

Excelente!! Llegué por recomendación de un amigo y en efecto fue de gran ayuda la recomendación, excelente ubicación, junto a la quinta avenida y cerca a la playa. Fácil acceso, los cuartos muy cómodos. Un gran trabajo y apoyo de parte de Giada y su equipo frente a todo y sobre todo gestionando el transporte con precios justos, así como los desayunos en tiempos que se ajustan excelentemente a los diferentes planes que organices. Felicidades desde Colombia.

Un hôtel au top
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans l hôtel. La propriété et l'amabilité des personnes sont au top. Taille humaine, proche de la quinta, des plages tout en étant au calme. Le fonctionnement du petit déjeuner tres bien. Piscine top !

La struttura è molto accogliente, la piscina aperta fino a sera sicuramente un plus per riposarsi a fine giornata.
Il valore aggiunto alla struttura è sicuramente Giada.
Disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta ed oltre, ci ha fornito indicazioni per tutte le ottime escursioni che abbiamo fatto (3 in tutto) e anche consigli su dove cenare bene la sera.
Colazione ottima.
Posizione vicinissima alla via principale e a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal ferry per Cozumel.

Struttura famigliare e non caotica.Vicino alla 5th e al mare.Personale disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Gaia il top.Consigli e aiuto ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, anche nel giorno libero.

Tutto! A partire dalla strepitosa Giada che con i suoi consigli e la sua disponibilità ci ha reso tutto più facile. Una enorme mano ci è stata data da lei per prenotare tutti i tour e i taxi per i vari spostamenti. Adatto sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Ottima posizione vicino al centro e a supermercati. Pulizia top. Ristorante molto buono e piscina interna molto comoda per ogni esigenza.

An amazing holiday that you want to come back to again!

This is my third stay at this hotel, and I'll be happy to return! It's a true oasis in Playa del Carmen—an old yellow building with very thick walls. Each room has a balcony overlooking the courtyard and the stunning pool, surrounded by birdsong. The hotel has very friendly staff, and I'd like to give special thanks to Jade, who made sure my friend and I had a comfortable stay. There's also a restaurant on site where you can have breakfast and dinner, serving Italian cuisine. The hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to both the hot spots and all the beautiful public beaches, including a Blue Flag beach. I will always recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances.
