Tutto! A partire dalla strepitosa Giada che con i suoi consigli e la sua disponibilità ci ha reso tutto più facile. Una enorme mano ci è stata data da lei per prenotare tutti i tour e i taxi per i vari spostamenti. Adatto sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Ottima posizione vicino al centro e a supermercati. Pulizia top. Ristorante molto buono e piscina interna molto comoda per ogni esigenza.

An amazing holiday that you want to come back to again!

This is my third stay at this hotel, and I'll be happy to return! It's a true oasis in Playa del Carmen—an old yellow building with very thick walls. Each room has a balcony overlooking the courtyard and the stunning pool, surrounded by birdsong. The hotel has very friendly staff, and I'd like to give special thanks to Jade, who made sure my friend and I had a comfortable stay. There's also a restaurant on site where you can have breakfast and dinner, serving Italian cuisine. The hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to both the hot spots and all the beautiful public beaches, including a Blue Flag beach. I will always recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances.

Malos colochones y camas . La ubicación es excepcional

La ubicación es de lo mejor, la limpieza es buena, el trato de personal es amable.

Cons:

Pedí cama grande, literalmente pegaron dos camas individuales, se hundía en la parte de en medio, pésimos colchones. El elevador no funciona, no tiene estacionamiento . Si quieres usar la caja fuerte tienes que dejar un depósito en efectivo de mil pesos

Chouette séjour et excellent rapport qualité prix
Pros:

La grandeur de la chambre, les z grands lits, les rangements disponibles, le petit déjeuner assez varié (choix entre 5 plats d'œufs sur la carte du restaurant adjacent), la propreté et les petites attention de la femme de ménage. Le charme de l'hôtel et la petite piscine où nous étions seuls à chaque fois. L'hôtel est assez bien situé (près d'une plage) mais loin du 'centre' où prendre les bus il faut donx compter 150 pesos pour le taxi à chaque déplacement.

Cons:

Malheureusement l'hôtel manque crûment d'entretien général. Tout est très vieillot, le lavabo n'était pas bien fixé, la douche fuyait dans tous les sens et innondait la salle de bain à chaque fois. Bcp de rouille partout.
L'ascenseur en panne, on nous a dit qu'ils venaient réparer le lendemain de notre arrivée mais pas de signe de réparation pendant le séjour. Le personnel était sympa mais pas vraiment très accueillant.
En résumé très bon rapport qualité prix et de petites rénovations le rendrait encore mieux :)

El desayuno, un jugo exquisito servidi con tostadas, frijoles, huevos al gusto y un café riquísimo.
Toallas disponibles en recepción para ir a los cenotes o a la playa.

Cons:

Las almohadas muy altas para mi gusto, y no las tenían más bajitas.

Bardzo przeciętne śniadanie, wybierane z menu - łącznie do wyboru ok 4 opcje, w tym 3 to jajka. Fatalna kawa. Nie działała winda.
