Cons:

One of your female hotel staff was extremely rude and sharp-tongued! She has a strong accent, so we could not understand her words. When we asked her to repeat herself, she made a dismissive remark and hung up the phone immediately.😡

Pros:

We used it as a lay over spot to sleep at and honestly very clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Highly reccomend it if you are at a long lay over or something to book this hotel also a gym and 24/7 service.

Cons:

Nothing everything i needed was there for a 1 night stop.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness and the standard which they provided . Hospitality is really good

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working also there was a leakage in shower. It would be beneficial if they keep moisturising cream for the clients.

Great airport hotel
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here to catch an early morning flight. It was a great location. We walked to the airport but could have easily caught a bus. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception desk were helpful and polite. If we fly out of Zurich again, we would stay here.
