The lobby/ breakfast area are beautiful! I have particularly enjoyed the coffee machines. There’s nothing like a nice cup of fresh coffee instead of an old pitcher that’s been sitting around. I was also very pleased with the kind staff that never failed to greet me as I entered the building.
I had several minor complaints:
1) I was not made aware in advance that the hotel was under construction. This caused unnecessary stress when I pulled into the parking lot and was immediately concerned that the booking service I used had made a mistake.
2) The floor of the elevator was in need of repair and was a tripping hazard for me (I am not able to walk well).
3) There was not a garbage bin in my bathroom.
4) I paid for a room that slept 4 but the balcony only had seats for 2.
Location was good
I’d like to have been told about the construction taking place and would love there to have been more flexibility in helping me get checked in sooner.

The room was clean. The TV and coffee maker worked.
Ive stayed at this location multiple times and have had better breakfasts. Something was off with the food. Fortunately the oatmeal was satisfying, but everything else was off.
Clean rooms. Comfortable bds.
The pancake machine was out for a week because it had no pancake mix. I stayed for 5 nights and could have ordered the mix on line and had pancakes. Terrible manager who lets this happen.

I shouldn’t have booked the handicap bathroom. Door slammed regardless of how soft the attempt to close it. It seemed to have an auto closing. The faucet dripped continually. The pictures for the bath looked as though the bath was all in one and private. I don’t like a separate sink in the room
Bed was very comfortable! Easy parking. Quiet. Pool view! Breakfast is always excellent
TV remote was acting up. Staff were not very friendly. High priced but service is not as excellent. I wish the trees were maintained more around the parking lots so vehicles aren't covered in leaves.

I was a little disappointed that the pool was closed and the staff failed to inform me until my 3rd day of my stay. But overall my grandkids and myself enjoyed our stay very much.
Breakfast was ok but potatoes were cold
The pool was closed (in June). That was the main reason I chose this hotel. The price was outrageous too.
The room was right next to the freeway, too noisy!
Pancake maker was the coolest and also delicious! The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful.
