The walls were dirty and painted over some spots. The employees weren’t friendly. We were expecting to check in and they took somebody else who came long after we did just because they were also French, not foreigners. The young lady from the front desk just stopped the check in formality because her shift was over and a new colleague came. The breakfast area is in the basement and the air was bad

عند عمل شيك اوت لايوجد احد يساعد بانزال الشنط. اخدم نفسك بنفسك.
كان معي عدد شنط كثير طلبت منه انزالها من الغرفه قال لايوجد غيري لااستطيع ترك المكان

Close to the Galeries Lafayette and to stations making Paris easy to navigate, rooms were very clean and comfortable and toiletries and towels provided were all of good quality. The staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful, they held our luggage whilst we went round Paris even after we’d checked out.
Le service et étais très bien
A perfectly pleasant stay with very friendly and helpful staff. Very central hotel with the metro close by. Bed was comfortable enough but as with any central hotel, it wasn’t surprising to hear the rumblings of the metro below.

Great wee hotel in Paris, the room was a good size and felt very safe. The reception staff were excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. Good location in between several metro stations and walking distance to several sites!
The hotel had everything we neeeded for a 4 day stay, it was located very close to restaurants and the shopping center. The staff was very nice and informed was very well.
