Très satisfaisant globalement
Pros:

Très agréablement surpris par la qualité de la chambre, la propreté, les équipements. Le salon au rdc, très agréable et bien équipé.

Cons:

quelques difficultés pour accéder à la chambre, deux portes de couloirs près la sortie de l'ascenseur. Pas très pratique quand on a des baggages.
La taxe de séjour à 8,40€/jour !! :-(
Booking! Intégrez là dans le prix de la réservation.

Lovely old building in great location.
Pros:

Good location near a metro station, and walkable to the Louvre. Good breakfast and friendly staff. We were on top floor and had lovely views across the roofs, with beautiful beams and the attic slope.

Cons:

The attic room was hot during the heat wave, and the a/c struggled to cool the room, but the hotel was able to provide a fan which helped a lot.
Being an old building there were some issues during our stay - the lift was broken on one day and we lost hot water on another day (this wasn’t so bad since it was so hot outside!). Worth noting that since there is no door on bedroom (6th floor), the room was light until sunset at 9-10pm.

Un pur bonheur
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment très à l'écoute, très attentionné. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux avec beaucoup de choix et très sain. Les chambres sont propres et très confortables. L'hôtel est très bien situé et très rassurant pour les personnes qui ne sont pas du coin. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Cons:

Un peu compliqué pour le café et le thé car les tasses ne sont pas bien adaptées mais ce n'ai qu'un détail ! :)

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe das Zimmer über Booking.com für meine Tochter und ihre Freundin reserviert und meine Kreditkarte lediglich als Garantie hinterlegt. Beim Check-in wurde ihnen mitgeteilt, dass sie mit der hinterlegten Kreditkarte nicht einchecken könnten, da ich als Karteninhaber nicht persönlich anwesend war. Deshalb mussten sie den gesamten Aufenthalt vor Ort nochmals bezahlen.

Anschließend erhielt ich vom Hotel schriftlich die Bestätigung, dass meine Kreditkarte nicht belastet werde. Trotzdem wurde meine Kreditkarte später mit 208 € belastet.

Trotz mehrerer Kontaktaufnahmen, Übersendung aller Nachweise und der Bitte um Klärung habe ich bis heute keine Lösung oder Rückerstattung erhalten. Aus diesem Grund musste ich Booking.com und meine Kreditkartenfirma einschalten.

Ich erwarte von einem Hotel einen transparenten und zuverlässigen Umgang mit Zahlungen. Leider habe ich hier das Gegenteil erlebt. Solange diese Angelegenheit nicht geklärt ist, kann ich dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Un hôtel idéalement placé, mais très sommaire ! Je n'y retournerai pas, ni le recommanderai !
Pros:

L'emplacement était optimal, le personnel aimable. En revanche, nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude 3j/4 !!! L'équipement en chambre était aléatoire (articles de toilette). Le petit déjeuner en sous-sol était très sommaire. L'isolation phonique était passable.

Cons:

Ni excuses, ni geste commercial pour l'absence d'eau chaude !!!
