Pros:

Vraiment un bel hôtel, personnel très sympathique, agréable, très souriant...
L'hôtel est vraiment propre, et un petit qque chose en plus ♥️♥️
Chambre méga spacieuse, lits hyper confortable

Cons:

Petit bémol pour la douche, aucune puissance dans le jet 😳🫣🫨, mais bon, le principal, c'est d'être lavé 😜😜

ABOVE AND BEYOND!
Pros:

This is the hotel to stay at when visiting Brugges! Right from when you first walk in, the service is above and beyond! We arrived super early before check in, but they went above expectations and allowed us to check in early and already had our room waiting for us. Plus there was a box of chocolates in the room as well! All and I mean all the staff were super friendly and polite. They provided a list of sites to see and recommendations for restaurants. It's only about 7 minute walk to the Market Square as well! And there is a bus stop 2 minutes down the street so if you come by bus from the train station it's super easy too. I can't say enough about the experience. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Loger dans la superbe ville de Bruges
Pros:

Le confort de la chambre, l'emplacement de l'hôtel et son style. La gentillesse du personnel. La piscine.

Cons:

Le manque de crochets pour les vêtements, essuies, surtout dans la salle de bain. Un effort à faire pour le personnel refaisant le lit.

Pros:

It's a beautiful hotel, not too far from the parking centre. The staff were super friendly, the room was amazingly decorated, and well presented. The bed was fantastic to sleep on!

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

The lobby when you walked in smelt fantastic, full of large diffusers everywhere . Nice welcoming staff. Big comfy beds, deluxe double room. Slept well. The breakfast was very good , lots of choice and good quality too. Lovely touch on the bed was the box of chocolates, too which my husband quickly devoured. Also on checking out a bag of cookies. Pleasant stay.

Cons:

Air con, wasn’t very efficient in our room(11). Being at the front couldn’t open windows they were sealed.Only other slight moan the fixed glass on the bath made it difficult entering bath, felt abit uncomfortable trying to get out, encase I slipped.
