Excellent service, great room, convenient location, a nice pool!
Pros:

The place is really nice. It had excellent service, great room, convenient location and even a nice pool! Although the hotel is away from the city centre's hustle and bustle, it is still convenient with the bus stops and easy access to the main station. Although for a summer trip, I will flag that it may not be easy to go back to the hotel and come back to see the city at night with the night lights on, especially if you're with family (kids/elders), not because its too far but it would be easier with a hotel in the centre.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like: The breakfast uses packaged/processed stuff instead of making it fresh (for example the fruit juices, creams, muffins etc are all supermarket stuff). So its tasty, but not the healthiest.

Great location and accommodation to visit the wonderful city of Bruges
Pros:

Easy check-in and explanation of where to park our car and then direction to visit sights in the city.
Our room was very clean, then bed was comfortable and there was no outside noise.
A great stay - would definitely recommend

Trevligt hotell med bra faciliteter!
Pros:

Härligt med en inomhus pool, samt gym.
Fint att det fanns en fungerande bar invid receptionen.
Skönt också att man kunde sitta ute på en terrass.
Trevlig hjälpsam personal.
Sköna sängar.
Utmärkt frukost.

Cons:

Lite trist med badkar, halt och slipprigt det fanns inget handtag att hålla sig i fick ta lite stöd i plexiglaset.
Är bättre då med enbart en dusch.
Tråkigt med parkering i allmänt garage, skönare om parkering tillhör hotellet, hotellets garage var fullbokat.

Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable et disponible et le petit déjeuner est varié.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées et les rideaux laissent entrer la lumière du jour.

Weekendje Brugge geslaagd!
Pros:

Fijn hotel met leuke faciliteiten.

Cons:

Prima voor een weekendje Brugge. We zaten in de nok van het hotel, familiekamer. We vonden het wel wat bijzonder dat we een kastje vonden met een lamp er in (noodlamp?) Maar geen uitleg hierover. Ook waren er 2 deuren, waarvan eentje een alarm gaf als we die openden. Ook hier geen uitleg over.

Pros:

El hotel es hermoso y huele de maravilla. El personal es amable. Está muy bien situado, a pocos minutos de la zona monumental y también de la estación. Nosotros fuimos andando, unos 20 minutos. Aprovechamos la piscina, una gozada.

Een mooi hotel maar heeft meer aandacht nodig
Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel en goede bedden. Ook de ruimte van de (slaap)kamer was heel fijn, ruim. Een goed ontbijt met ruime keuze. Ligging is centraal. Makkelijk parkeren in parkeergarage T' Zand. Vanaf daar is het maar een korte wandeling naar het hotel.

Cons:

De kamer was nog niet klaar terwijl we al een uur later arriveerden. Na een autorit van 5 uren is dat niet prettig, vooral niet met kinderen. De deur naar de douche is van glas, die was lam en ging steeds open. Geen beenruimte op het toilet. Het toilet zit vlak tegen de deur. De afvoer van de doiche was verstopt, binnen een paar minuten stond de hele douche blank, we hebben al onze handdoeken moeten gebruiken. De televisie was niet aangesloten en er is in avond niks te eten, dus je bent verplicht om Brugge in te gaan. Er was wel een snoepautomaat maar die was defect. De Trapleuningen hebben een schoonmaakbeurt nodig want die plakten.
