Pros:

La vue magnifique sur le volcan, la qualité des chambres et des équipements. Les repas de très bonne qualité et un petit déjeuner très complet!

Cons:

On voit que c’est un grand établissement, le personnel est moins proche par le fait qu’il voit beaucoup de monde. Nous avons préféré manger en bord de piscine plutôt qu’au restaurant où l’ambiance était plus froide.

Scenic, Quiet Jungle and Volcano Views
Pros:

The ambiance, unimpeded views of the jungle and the volcano. The premises were clean and well maintained. Food was very good. Staff was very polite and helpful. Spa services were excelled. Loved the location, out of town. Quiet and low key.

Spa services were a little pricey, but still very good.

Cons:

We found the hotel to be a bit pretentious. The breakfast was passable but don't bother with evening meals as there are numerous far superior offerings in restaurants only a 10min Uber ride away.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the volcano
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with fantastic views of the volcano and wonderland gardens. The hotel is relaxing and the hot springs baths are a must. The food and service are great and staff friendly and helpful. The choice of food is extensive and very good quality. Rooms are very comfortable and aminaties very good. Easy reach of the town and exploring the local area. Hot tub in the room and large beds are heavenly, and the room service and little touches, such as the towel are, make it a very special.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the Arenal volcano.
Pros:

We loved the view, the beautiful grounds, the birds in the trees, the hot tub in the room also with the view, the helpful staff, the room facilities, the breakfasts, the hot springs pools in the grounds, the restaurants, Would definitely recommend this hotel on all counts.

Cons:

All good apart from my partner ruining his best trousers with splashes of bleach that he somehow came into contact with in the pool/hot springs area.

Awesome view of Arenal Volcano, hotel was meh
Pros:

The view of the Arenal volcano takes your breath away. The breakfast was delicious and well done. The sister location for thermal soaking is much better than the on property….be sure to visit that free of charge.

Cons:

The rooms are tired and a bit lacking. The bed makes a sound every time you move. I got sick from the AC as I am conflict it hasn’t been cleaned or serviced.
