Pros:

Some of the staff were lovely and its a good location for Yellowstone. They also have a washing machine that was useful.

Cons:

We were initially declined breakfast because apparently someone had already used our door number to have breakfast. We had to speak to someone who spoke English and not Spanish to be allowed in to the breakfast area.

Some of the towels were dirty including what looked like poo stains.

Felt more like a motel than a hotel and the room in general didnt feel very clean.

Cons:

The carpet had stains which looked like blood, the shower tub was leaning, tiles around the tub were cracked and not sealed. No fan in bathroom, the TV was not working, said we were experiencing weather and there was not even wind. There were still hairs from previous guests in bathtub

Great place for a quick night while passing through.
Pros:

Breakfast was great once we realized it was available. At check-in we were told that breakfast was not available nor included.

Cons:

Great staff and fragrance free
Pros:

My husband has severe medical sensitivity to smells and chemicals. The clerk showed us the room before we booked so that we could tell if it would be acceptable. It didn't smell! That was awesome. Thanks for using fragrance free cleaners and laundry. We greatly appreciate the help after a long travel day!

Cons:

The cooler could be upgraded to a thermostat model for easier use.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious, everything for the age of the hotel was in good repair and working properly. Breakfast was good as well.

Cons:

They could've told us at check-in that breakfast was only included for two even though we had 4 listed on our reservation. Kind of backhanded way of getting extra money in my opinion. At least make it known prior to walking up in line.
