A bit outdated
Great breakfast. Great staff
The Toilets and incredibly short. As a 6’2 person they are very difficult to sit down on. That alone would deter me from returning.

No elevator for the second floor. The room price was ok for the location but should have included an elevator.

The location was fantastic, centre of town and close to the gate for Yellowstone. The staff were friendly and our room was clean. We had a very enjoyable stay.
Breakfast was included for the adults only, not our kids. The food was good. However, it didn't start until 7. If you wanted an early start in the park, you had to forfeit breakfast. West Yellowstone is expensive.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. I was supposed to have free breakfast. We didn't get breakfast. They tried to charge us $30 for two people. The beds were uncomfy
I'm pretty sure I was breathing in black mold the whole entire time I was there. There was a hole in my ceiling of in my tub that was dripping water. The beds are really won't be very uncomfortable. The room was not clean. The TV did not work. Had to have the worker come and fix it. They did not have extras if you needed them like toothbrushes or toothpaste which every other hotel I have ever stayed in has. And they did not have a fridge in my room so I had to go buy a cooler

It’s in a good location. Great breakfast! Nice staff!
My room was in the old part of the property. The show/tub was old and had 1 inch caulking in all the edges. There was brown/black stains. Not so good!

Bed wasn’t comfortable
Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber, Betten bequem.
Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Kein Aufzug. Das Zimmer lag weit hinten,oben. Das Gepäck war nicht mit Gepäckwagen zu transportieren.
