Pros:

フロントロビーのスタッフやロビーのケーキ店のスタッフの応対がとても礼儀正しく親切でした。海側のお部屋を希望したのですが、とても美しい夕陽を見ることができました。

Cons:

室内の家具の下に、前の宿泊客の落とし物と思われる食べ物のゴミが落ちていて、見えないところの清掃が少し不徹底なのかと思いました。

朝食が美味しい。

Cons:

部屋に入ると香水のような匂いが鼻についた。部屋にいると慣れてきたが、外から部屋に戻ると、また匂いが気になってしまった。

スタッフの優しさに感謝
Pros:

まずスタッフの方々がとても親切で素敵でした。
なにより景色が素晴らしいと思いました。
部屋も程よく広めで快適でした。
立地も良く利便性は最高です。

Cons:

朝食は値段の割には満足は出来ませんでした。
（無くなった料理の追加が遅い）
簡易ベッドの寝心地が残念。せめてマットレスはもう少しなんとかできるのでは。
トイレのペーパースタンドの位置がおかしい。
アメニティも今時にしては不十分だと思います。
サウナやレストランもHotelのグレードに合っていないのでは。常に夕日が見れるなら別ですが、ほぼ見れなそうだし、曇り空で優雅にサウナとランチに5000円はちょっと無理があるかと。
それより大浴場があれば大満足に変わると思います。

夕日を見れる機会があったのに時間が過ぎて見れなかった
連泊してるのに一言教えてくれてもよかったと思いますが
あまりコミュニケーションをとろうとする態度がみられない

Great location over looking the sea front, close to station and facilities
Pros:

Great location on the sea front, not far from the station, near good robata restaurants. Staff were very helpful, e.g.. in recommending and booking a great fish restaurant. Very nice breakfast buffet, and dinner options - both a cafe and a Japanese restaurant. Comfortable rooms, washing machines available. Rooms at the front have a great view over the harbour.
